Heaving a sigh, Kaida shook her head and her eyes fell upon a textbook that had been left behind.
"She must have dropped this in her haste" Kaida thought to herself. She picked up the book, which was a biology practice book, and glanced through it. Based on the low scores and struggling notes, Kaida inferred that Yuna was struggling with biology
"But it's not that difficult" shaking her head in disbelief.
She let out another sigh, her eyes fixed on the packed lunch that seemed to be calling out to her. "Isn't she going to have lunch?" she wondered.
A thought then struck her, and she took another look through the textbook, and noticed that Yuna had an assignment in it, due for today.
Her gaze then shifted to the lunchbox, filled with food that might go to waste. Kaida hesitated, weighing her options. Should she bother dropping off the lunch and textbook, or would it be a bother?
After a few moments of deliberation, her concern for Yuna won out. She decided to deliver the lunch and textbook to Yuna's school, hoping to catch her before her next class. With a sense of purpose, Kaida grabbed her jacket, holding the textbook in one hand and the lunchbox in the other, and headed out the door.

Kaida easily found Yuna's school, the only high school in the surrounding area, its buildings and grounds neatly decorated with greens and flowers. At the top of the gates, the school emblem and motto were boldly inscribed "GOLD, grooming children of gold..."
As she approached the school's black gates, a security guard with a notable accent hailed her from his booth at the corner of the gates. "Who are you here to see?" he asked, his eyes peering out from beneath the brim of his cap.
Kaida drew closer, her footsteps echoing off the gates. "Ermm... Yuna Pearce," she replied, her voice clear.
The guard's expression turned quizzical, his brow furrowed in surprise. "Yuna Pearce?" he repeated, scratching the back of his head. His tone hinting at the rarity of visitors for the student.
"Yes," Kaida confirmed, her eyes meeting the guard's. "What grade?" he asked, his pen poised over his logbook.
Kaida hesitated, realizing she didn't know Yuna's grade. She took a guess, "10th grade?" The guard nodded, his expression unreadable.
He handed her a book and pen. "Please sign in. Write your name, relationship, time of visit, and sign here."
Kaida took the pen and book, her eyes scanning the pages filled with names and information. She wrote her name, the time, and then paused at the "relationship" field. After a moment's thought, she wrote "Housekeeper" in neat letters.
Once she finished, the guard scrutinized the entry before nodding and opening the gates. "Wait here, I'll go fetch her," he said, leading Kaida to the visitor waiting room. The room was sparse, with a few chairs and a long center table. Kaida took a seat, her eyes wandering around the space as she waited for Yuna to arrive.
As she waited, Kaida's curiosity got the better of her, and she began to flip through Yuna's practice book, her eyes scanning the pages filled with notes and exercises. She soon came across the page with Yuna's homework assignments, her gaze lingering on the multiple-choice questions.
Tilting her head, Kaida reviewed the answers, her brow furrowing as she realized that Yuna had incorrectly answered most of the questions. "She really seems to be struggling with biology" Kaida thought to herself, her expression sympathetic and concerned.
Kaida then searched for a pencil, her eyes scanning the waiting room until she spotted one lying on a nearby table. She picked it up and began to carefully erase the incorrect answers, shading in the correct ones with precision, her hand moving deftly as she worked through the exercise.
