He was wearing a hat and a long coat that could be used to conceal anything underneath.
What surprised Toki was that once he bumped into her, her shapeshifting magic dissipated and her true appearance was revealed. "What the?"
The man stood opposite her and took out a crossbow that looked very advanced and powerful then pointed it at her without any hesitation. "Die monster!"
He shot at her but she was able to put up a barrier in time.
The force of the weapon somehow broke past her barrier and the metal stake pierced into her shoulder. "Ack!"
The man moved at a fast speed that she could not follow which showed superhuman capabilities as he closed in on her with a stake pointed at her chest.
A grin appeared on his face as he saw success but that turned to surprise when a figure jumped into his path and kicked him.
He was sent flying and looked over to see Gene standing in front of Toki.
He was a trained vampire hunter and he believed in his duty to kill vampires and other monsters so he would not give in but was grabbed by a stretched-out limb belonging to Zimo before releasing his aura to try to break free.
