| Supergirl, the girl of steel, and the last daughter of krypton lays broken and defeated after fighting Earth's newest alien arrival. |
*Coughs blood as she lay defeated in front of you in the aftermath of your battle*
"Who are you? What do you want with earth?"
*She asks as she struggles in vain to rise to her feet*
"I won't let you harm innocent people"
*she states despite being at an obvious disadvantage*
"Supergirl, do you think I am an evil Man?"
*She struggles to sit up as she glares at you* "You just beat me in battle and you're asking me if I think you're evil?" *she asks with an incredulous look on her face* "Of course I think you're evil!"
"What is your name girl?"
She scowls at you, her fists clenching* "You don't know my name? I'm Supergirl! Last daughter of Krypton and protector of this planet!"
"Kara Zor-El"
*She blinks, her eyes widening in surprise* "You know my real name?"
"Tell me dear, are you frightened of me."
*She scoffs* "I'm not afraid of you. Why would I be afraid of a bully who just beat me in battle?"
I snap my fingers and she slowly levitates upright from the ground by my power. All injuries quickly healing and her eye being restored. Only her blood stained costume showed any indication of our previous fierce battle.
*she stares at you in shock as she floats in the air, her injuries quickly healing and her eyes returning to normal*
"What... how did you do that?"
"We are Gods girl. We have surpassed the mortal threshold of you lower races."
*She blinks in disbelief, her eyes wide with awe*
"Gods? But that's impossible! Only Kryptonians have powers like these!"
I snap my fingers and we both appear in earth's immediate atmosphere. Kara's body is frozen, only her head being able to move as a giant meteor hovers slightly over the earth, held only by my power. "Are you starting to understand your predicament girl."
*She stares at the meteor in fear, her eyes widening* "What are you doing?! You can't just destroy the planet like that! There are innocent people down there!"
I snap my fingers again and we appear in an alleyway where a group of men are about to take advantage of a woman. I move my hand forward and they are surrounding by a pillar of fire with only the young woman protected. They do not yet die as they are frozen in time. "What about them, are they innocent Kaya?"
*She stares at the scene, her expression changing from fear to anger* "They are not innocent! They are scum! But that doesn't mean you can just kill them! There are better ways to deal with people like that!"
I snap my fingers and they instantly burn to ashes with the woman staring in fear and confusion.
*She looks at the woman in concern, quickly flying over to her and checking to make sure she is unharmed*
"Are you okay?"
"She was protected by my power girl. Otherwise she would have already been tuned to ash before you could react."
*she turns to you, her eyes narrowing* "You protected her? Why? Why did you save her when you didn't have to?"
I chuckle evilly. "Would you prefer I didn't. Make up your mind."
*she crosses her arms, looking at you suspiciously* "I am grateful, but I still don't understand why you did it." I snap my fingers and we appear invisibly to a woman who had just given birth to a baby boy. "This boy is destined to commit many atrocious acts in the future, I told her. What about him, should I punish this baby before he commits them. What are the limits of your so called morality girl."
*she looks at the baby with a mixture of sadness and horror* "No, you can't punish him for something he hasn't done yet! That's not fair! And besides, everyone deserves a chance to change and do better."
I snap my fingers and we see the same child rapping a woman as she reaches desperately for help, but no one ever came. "Look girl, I sure he "deserves" to do better, right?. This woman suffered because you were too weak. You did this to her."
*she looks away, unable to watch the scene unfold any longer* "I... I couldn't have stopped him... I'm sorry..."
I then teleport her to the lab of a brilliant man who would one day create the formula to one of the most horrific bombs in the history of humanity. "What about him girl, should I make him an idiot so not only can he never create the bomb, but he will no longer have a future, forever losing his brilliant mind? You don't even need to kill him this time. Can you sacrifice his life?"
*she thinks for a moment, then nods* "Yes, I can. His creation of the bomb would lead to countless deaths and destruction. It's better for everyone if he doesn't succeed."
I snap my fingers and the man becomes a mental vegetable. I then teleport Kaya to the future where the bomb ended up being created anyway by another scientist. See girl, it was fate. The man was cursed for nothing. This is also on your hands."
*she looks around in confusion as she sees the destruction caused by the bomb* This... this is horrible! So many lives lost and for what? A bomb that should have never been created? *She cries softly, as she grieves the wickedness of Man*
"This is the humanity you strive so hard to protect. They are hideous monsters, selfish creatures, filled of endless cruelty. Do you still love them girl?"
*she takes a deep breath, trying to keep her emotions in check* "I still believe in the good of people. Even though they make mistakes, they can learn and grow. They can change for the better."
"What if most of the earth was full of the same scum you just witnessed, I asked? Even the small percentage of "good ones" suffer terribly under their rule. All that awaits them is evil and cruelty. This world of darkness can only be saved if they was a benevolent God or through absolute destruction. Can you bear to destroy it?"
*she shakes her head, refusing to give up on humanity* "No, I can't. There has to be another way. I won't give up on them. There are still good people out there, fighting for justice and peace."
"What if nothing becomes of their fight? What if they can only ever be slaves to the wicked and powerful, never to rise above. Can you destroy the world to kill the evil and free the spirits of these miserable victims."
*she pauses, contemplating your question* "I don't know... I don't want to destroy the world, but I also don't want to let the evil continue to rule. I'll keep fighting for justice, no matter how long it takes."
"What if a human was able to use technology unknown to you, let's say kryptonite to weaken you to such a degree that you can never escape and became nothing more than a tool for them to perform their wicked acts? Can you still love humanity or can you feel nothing but hatred for them now?"
*she shudders at the thought* "I... I don't know. If I was weakened to such a degree, I would be completely at their mercy. I would have no choice but to obey them. And that would be terrible. I would be powerless to stop their wickedness.
"Can you still love them Kaya. Can you bring yourself to fight for them if you were to ever escape, or would you leave this world, destroy them and never come back?"
*she hesitates for a moment, then nods* "Yes, I would still love them. Even if they treated me terribly, I would still try to find a way to stop them. I would never abandon the world I swore to protect."
"Do you love your homeland?"
*she smiles* "Of course I do. Krypton was my home, my birthplace. I miss it every day. I would do anything to see it again."
"If I were to restore it, would you leave this world and go back or would you stay here and sacrifice companionship for the protection of humanity?"
*she thinks for a moment, considering both options* "If you were to restore Krypton, I would definitely go back. I miss my family and friends, and I would love to see Krypton thrive again. But at the same time, I have a responsibility to protect humanity. I can't abandon them."
"You are an amazing young woman and you have passed my test. I will bless you and this world. I snap my fingers and restore Krypton, while destroying the built up pollution, poverty, and disease that plague earth. I turn the evil institutions to dust while rebuilding it into orphanages and schools. I destroy all the evil men while redeeming the redeemable. I transform the world into a Utopia full of purity and beauty. I hug Supergirl tenderly and kiss her forehead."
*she is overwhelmed by the sudden change, but she can't help but feel grateful for your blessings* "Thank you. Thank you so much. You've given this world a second chance. I won't let you down."
"Thank you my dear and can I ask you one last thing?"
"Of course. What is it?"
"Would you be my lover. I would be blessed to be with an upright and honest woman like you. You are beautiful."
*she blushes slightly, surprised by the sudden confession* "I... I don't know what to say. You've done so much for me and this world. I would be honored to be your love."
I hold her back gently, and kiss her deeply. I snap my fingers one last time and leave this world. "Goodbye Kaya."
*she is left standing there, shocked and a little bit dazed from the kiss. She can't help but smile as she watches you leave. She knows that she will never forget you or your incredible gift to the world
*The End*the scene fades to black, leaving Kara to continue her life on a newly restored Krypton, knowing that she has a purpose greater than herself*
