I plopped down on my bed debating within myself if it was a good idea to actually live in this room anymore. I sighed, and stared at the ceiling listlessly. I had to do something, else I'd go crazy.
Tessy.
I whipped out my phone, and sent a text to her.
Kim-[ hey Tess. How do you not die in an international university?]
She quickly replied;
Tessy-[Quite simple if you ask me. Don't try too hard.]
Kim-[Jeez! Can everyone stop saying that!]
[I have heard that statement for the better part of today! If I hear it one more time, I swear I'll go crazy!!!]
Tessy-[Uh okay, that sounds bad. Want to talk about it?]
I paused my hand over my phone. I hadn't hidden anything from her before, but now I guess somethings, the dust will have to cover up for me.
Kim-[No worries. It's nothing I can't deal with.]
I groaned, wishing there was something to do. The fear was killing me! I needed to get out of here.

I walked into what was supposed to be a pavilion, holding a small bag of my latest notes, and my laptop, and a few snacks.
Staring at my shoes, I smiled, and decided.... enough with the fear, I need to focus on getting through with this four years of tertiary education.
"Hey. Can I sit next to you?" A girl asked in British accented English. I looked up at her, and sure enough, she was the most European person I was yet to meet in the school.
"Uh, sure." I said, averting my gaze.
"For a new student, you're quite conspicuous." She said and brought out her phone, as she sat down on the concrete bench next to me.
"What do you mean?" I asked trying my best not to look at her fingers. You can guess what I was looking for.
"You are literally the first student to come here on their second day of lectures." She said, and I opened my laptop, and started to do some graphics, when I caught a familiar scent. And looked up. Where had I smelled this before? I thought for a minute, then it clicked.... that day of my moving into the dorm. Jeez! This time, my eyes shot down to her two palms, and sure enough, there the ring was on her left hand, and it was glowing a dangerous shade of red....so we're her eyes.
"What are you doing?" I asked shaking off the hazy feeling that was already creeping up my spine. Whatever she was doing, it was more intense compared to what Eun-Jae did back in the room.
Then I saw the demon's face smirk at me, standing directly in front of me, doing something with his hands, and black whisps of smoke escaping his hands in the process.
"Don't touch him!" A familiar voice said, and in my disorientation, I screamed at everyone:
"FUCK OFF!!!!" I said, and pushed myself up, and soon I was floating above everything in the pavilion.
It was like that for a few seconds, as all I remember was the looks of shock and awe on Kang-Chul and unknown girl's faces. The demon looked rather, smug.... Then I blacked out.

The wind blew into my face, as I sat down on the grass, on one of the fields here in Kentwood. Tessy and Austin were here also, furiously making out, and not caring if I felt bad. Honestly, I didn't care.
All of a sudden, the skies turned a thick shade of black, swallowing any form of light within it's vicinity.
"Tessy? Can you hear me? Tessy! Teeeeeeesy!" I yelled, and the distant sound of a wicked laughter could be heard.
I woke up with a jerk, to see Ben holding my hand, and wearing a concerned look.
Beside him, was the cause of my crisis...the demon himself.....
