He gulped in, nodding his head fully.
"This way Boss, the car is ready."
_______
In Dorchester Estate, Jeraldine's house.
I took off my shoes, dusting my legs on the soft, furry carpet and locked the door behind me. Switching in the light, I sighed, falling into the chair.
"What a day," I exclaimed, stretching out myself on the couch. I laid down for a minute, reminiscing on how fast the day was and once done, my stomach grumbled kicking me off the chair. "So hungry, I don't think I even had lunch."
I rubbed my tummy, heading towards the kitchen. I opened up the fridge to see barely anything but a packet of frozen noodles.
"This should do," I smiled, making my way to the cooker and boiling hot water. I dipped the noodles in a clean white bowl and poured the hot boiling water into it, allowing the noodles to absorb the heat and cook. "Drinks," I laughed at the old college quick snack I and Jeraldine had before rushing to class.
