"AAAAAHHHHHH"
Tomura screamed in pain as he was dropped into the medical room where All For One's doctor was working in.
"Doctor there is an emergency!!" Kurogiri shouted to get the doctor.
Suddenly a short bald man with a thick moustache wearing a doctor's coat came inside.
[Doctor Garaki- quirk- anti aging- his quirk allows him to age backwards in return for loosing certain physical characteristics. He lost his hair and his height due to this]
Seeing the bleeding and separated arm, Doctor Garaki immediately came forward
"Now this won't do, your quirk requires your arm, so we can't lose that now can we" Garaki said as he cradled the cut off arm and then motioned a few Nomu's in his lab to carry Tomura to the bed.
Two slim Nomu's that looked similar to puppets came forward and put him on the bed and injected anesthesia to him like they had done it a hundred times. After the injection, Tomura calmed down and fell unconscious.
Garaki then began his work by cleaning the wound and then began to stich each of the nerve, bone and muscle fibres carefully under a lens so that there are no accidents. He knew the detrimental effects if the wounds heal in the wrong manner and his quirk will malfunction.
He knew about All For One's plan to use the body of Tomura after making him angry towards the society as a whole. This made him think about adding something that will give him constant pain in his right hand so that he remains frustrated towards heroes all the time but remembering his habit of always scratching an imaginary itch and stacking pain upon it might push him too much that it will break him, he decided not to do that.
At the time suddenly a man appeared from the shadows, and he seemed to be sitting on a chair. His eyes and nose were non existent and the parts where they should be was covered with skin and scar tissue. He seemed to be deeply looking at Tomura while contemplating what happened. All For One never thought that their first attack will result in such grievous wounds.
He looked at Kurogiri and seemed to detect that it did not go as planned.
"what happened"
Kurogiri looked All for One and answered
"the plan's beginning went without any hitch, and we were able to infiltrate UA's training grounds and plant all the people that we gathered that day after manipulating all the monitoring devices using the guy with the electric quirk
The first phase of attack was also effective as we managed to send almost all the students including a teacher to different parts of the training centre and had almost manged to take care of them before he came in" and then Kurogiri began to hesitate
"who" All For One asked curious at his reaction
"Blood lightning"

Suddenly the monitor on All For One's hand began to blare out showing his condition after hearing those words. The truth was All For One had been traumatised by his visit to the being above and he seemed to have a recurring nightmare that happens many times as well. Kurogiri who was brainwashed into becoming an entirely different person was close enough to All For One as he knew about it as well.
All For One put a hand in his chest to calm himself down. Even though he has overcome his trauma enough to prepare to battle Inazuma one day. Hearing his name sometimes brought out the trauma hidden deep within him. He then moved his head towards Kurogiri motioning him to explain more.
"he had grown stronger than we had calculated before and he was able to take care of Nomu within a second itself. He is also ruthless as well. He made sure to dislocate or break the leg of the enemy before Knocking them out. He also did not have any notable weakness as well and was able to take down almost everyone there. I only managed to bring back three people from the fight, but they seemed afraid and does not seem like they want to fight again"
All For One contemplated everything that was said
"take them out since they don't want to work for us. We can use their body and quirk for the Nomus and tell the one's who brought them to us that the heroes got them."
Kurogiri nodded and left.
All For one then began contemplating ideas and looked through a monitor shifting through images of a nomu that seemed to be very sleek looking.
'My ultimate defence for him will be completed soon and after taking him out, there should be nothing stopping me from winning in the end'
All For One clenched his fist in contemplation and his next moves

"Sit down brats"
I watched as Eraserhead commanded the class to keep silent while both of us entered together. After the incident in USJ. The children were given a few days of break to recover from the experience. And the news story covered the incident as a complete success as none of the students or teachers were injured, there were some news channels criticizing UA having no security and that they were a bit too violent in dealing with the villains. It seems like All For One had tried to turn the publics image towards us as untrustworthy but something crucial made it not work.
Seem like using excessive violence worked in our favor after all. I generally take the criminal out quicky and put them in a cell before they can even identify me, so the physical damages that they have are a few bruises and nothing more. The fact that I broke bones and dislocated them this time made them think that I went far because they were targeting children. Plus, the damages were not permanent and the fact that the criminals will make complete recovery was revealed by the police and the doctors who treated them.
Because of this my fan club that I had no idea about was thriving across the internet. And it seems like one of the students had taken my picture, so my hero costume was out.
Overall, the public was highly supportive of my over-the-top actions that I took to save kids.
And the stunt created by those news channels backfired as well. Since we made sure to thoughroughly look at them and found out connections to All For One among many of their members and was able to arrest them as well. That led to another group of news where the other news channels were happy to undermine the other channels as corrupted.
But now its time tell the kids about the next challenge that they will face
