The morning began with the sharp ring of the alarm timepiece, pulling Micha from her dreams. She wailed vocally, knowing it was time to start the day. With a deep breath, she pushed herself out of bed, reminding herself of the busy schedule that awaited her. She headed straight to the restroom, splashing cold water on her face to shake off the last remains of sleep, and brushed her teeth, preparing herself for the day ahead.
After completing her morning routine, Micha made her way to the kitchen. The familiar warmth of the room boarded her as she began to prepare breakfast, taking her time to also pack a lunch for afterward. The aroma of lately brewed coffee filled the air, bringing a small smile to her face. As she packed everything neatly, she felt a blend of excitement and butterflies make up inside her. Present was a big day. She'd be presenting her ideas on how to grow the company, a design she had poured her heart into. But beneath her excitement was a pain of anxiety — what if they did not like her donation?
Just as she was lost in her studies, her phone pealed, breaking the silence. A smile incontinently spread across her face when she saw who was calling. It was So Hyung, the love of her life. "Hey, hello, my darling!" she saluted warmly. "What's up?"
His voice came through the line, soothing and familiar. "I'm at the company, and I'm free for a bit. I just wanted to call because I miss you so much. "
Her heart swelled at his words. "Me too, missing you largely," Micha replied with a soft suspiration.
"Do you have anything important going on moment?" he asked, his tone curious.
"Yeah, I do," she admitted, the excitement creeping back into her voice. " moment is my turn to present how to grow the company. "
"That's great! Good luck, dear," So Hyung responded with incentive, his words giving her the surplus confidence she demanded.
With that, Micha ended the call, feeling a renewed sense of determination. She knew this donation was important, not just for her career but also for her particular growth. And knowing that So Hyung was supporting her from hence made her feel like she could take on the world.
After arriving at the company, the workers gathered in the meeting hall, awaiting the CEO's appearance. When the CEO entered, he subtly conceded Micha in a way that only she could understand, as he was the only one apprehensive of her true identity. The other workers began to rumor, puzzled by the special attention given to her." Why does the CEO feel to favor this contract hand?" they muttered." She's so poor, indeed her clothes look like they were bought at a bargain store."
But their whispers were quickly silenced as the CEO called for order." Everyone, please be quiet. We're about to begin our donations on how to grow the company." The atmosphere shifted as the first presenter, Mr. Kyle, took the stage. He delivered a solid donation, well- entered by the followership. The coming two presenters, still, limped to hold the room's attention, their ideas lacking depth and wisdom.
Eventually, it was Micha's turn. As she stepped up to present, the room sounded to hold its breath. With poise and confidence, she delivered her ideas, outlining innovative strategies for the company's growth. Her donation was not only perceptive but also inspiring. The room filled with applause, and indeed the CEO could not hide his admiration. He praised Micha for her exceptional work, admitting that her ideas were among the stylish they had heard that day.
The warmth of the applause and the CEO's words of motivation filled Micha with a quiet satisfaction. She hadn't only proven herself but had also shown that her worth was far beyond the face judgments of others.
After finishing the donation and the posterior evaluations by the entire company, Micha's plan was chosen to be enforced, and the meeting was suspended. The workers returned to their separate duties, and Micha, with a sense of accomplishment, concentrated on her own tasks. When noontime arrived, she remained at her office, opening her neatly packed lunchbox. As she prepared to eat, she decided to call So Hyung.
He answered nearly incontinently. With a smile, she held up her lunch to the camera, showing him the simple yet comforting mess of rice, spinach, and mixed potatoes." This is what I'm having moment," she said, her voice light and shortfall.
"Looks delish," he replied warmly." Have you eaten yet?" she asked, curious about his day.
" Yeah, I've formerly eaten," he responded." I had my favorite curry."
"Oh, really? That sounds great," she said with a hint of admiration." By the way, how did your donation go?" he asked, really interested.
"It went really well," Micha said, her eyes cheering as she reported the details. She participated everything that had happed in the meeting hall, including the CEO's subtle acknowledgment and the warm applause that had followed her donation.
So Hyung heeded hardly, pride apparent in his voice as he encouraged her." You always do your stylish, Micha. I'm so proud of you."
They changed words of affection, and before ending the call, they transferred each other virtual kisses, a sweet memorial of their love indeed in the midst of busy days. Micha, feeling content, returned to her lunch, savoring the food as much as the warmth of their discussion.
After ending the call with So Hyung, Micha precisely packed down her untreated lunch and placed it in her bag. She also made her way to the bathroom to wash her hands. Just as she was about to leave the restroom, she encountered a group of high- position workers who were known for their heartlessness, led by Hana. They possessed Micha, their eyes filled with jealousy and meanness.
One of them sniggered," You suppose you are special just because the CEO favors you? Ever since you joined, we have come unnoticeable, and he is been ignoring us."
Micha's heart tensed, but she stood her ground, meeting their glares with a calm, unwavering gaze. However, you are wrong," she said," If you suppose I am like the others you've bullied into submission." I know what you've done- how you've driven others to despond, indeed to the point of self-murder. But I am not one of those people. However, I will push back, if you push me. And if you cross the line, I will not vacillate to have you removed from this company."
Her words hung in the air, a stark warning that took the bullies by surprise. Hana, still, was not willing to back down. She lashed out in wrathfulness, her fist aiming for Micha's face. But Micha was quick- she caught Hana's hand skyline, her grip establishment and unyielding." Do not mistake my kindness for weakness," Micha rumored, her eyes locked onto Hana's.
But Hana, dazed by her own arrogance, pulled back and swung again, this time landing a megahit on Micha's impertinence. The force of the blow soaked, but Micha did not blench. Rather, she redressed with an important punch of her own, landing it exactly on Hana's face, transferring a clear communication to the entire group.
The room fell silent as the bullies goggled at Micha in shock, realizing that they had undervalued her strength. Micha, calm and composed, adapted her station, her eyes no way leaving Hana's." Consider this your first and last warning," she said, her voice filled with quiet authority. However, you will not just be dealing with me you will be dealing with the consequences," If you cross me again."
With that, Micha turned and walked out of the bathroom, her head held grandly, leaving behind a stupefied and lowered group of bullies. She knew that standing up for herself was necessary, and she'd not allow anyone to belittle or blackjack her, no matter their rank or status.
Micha resolved that it wasn't just about standing up for herself she would not allow anyone in her company to suffer under the cruelness of bullies. However, she'd be there to cover and defend them, ready to lesson those bullies an assignment they would no way forget, If they dared to target others.
As she walked down from the battle, Micha decided to keep the incident to herself, not wanting to burden her cherished family or the love of her life with anxiousness. She knew they would be concerned for her well- being, but she also knew she had the strength to handle this on her own. Her determination to produce a safe and regardful context in her company was unwavering, and she'd do whatever it took to insure that no bone differently would ever have to endure the pain of bullying.
After completing her day's tasks, Micha returned home with a bright smile, feeling satisfied with how the day unfolded. But as she stepped outside, the silence in the house felt nearly creepy, the kind of quiet that made her pause. Not a single sound echoed through the apartments, and the usual warmth of her family's presence was absent.
Suddenly, the sharp ring of a phone pierced the silence, startling her. Micha accelerated to answer, her heart quickening with expectation, but just as she was about to pick up, the ringing suddenly stopped. The silence returned, deeper than ahead, leaving her with an unsettled feeling as she stood there, holding her breath.
