Chapter 4 - Moving To Ayame's Mansion, The Awakening Of The Mansion Spirit

Hearing Blake's words, Ayame blushed and had a noticeable grin on her face.

'Finally, after eight years of waiting, I married the love of my life and can even live with him! Those damn vixens can no longer make a move on Blake since he is already my husband.'

'I was troubled with how powerful Blake had become, but fortunately, Blake's unconventional dream had caused him to not want an unstable and half-hearted relationship, so he rejected the confessions he had in school.'

'And since Blake is already in his last senior high school year, he can graduate and choose to not go to college. I have amassed a lot of wealth just for Blake and me to live together without having to work.'

While Blake was dedicated to honing his cooking and household skills, Ayame wasn't idle either.

Ayame took her role as the Tengu Princess seriously and didn't go against her father who trained her to be the heir of the Tengu race.

She had involved herself in the Tengu race's affairs and proved to be very talented in it. The wealth of the Tengu race went up by 50% more during the eight years of time she had.

That was a huge feat considering that the Tengu race existed for thousands of years, so their accumulated wealth was huge. Increasing that by half had improved the financial prowess of the Tengu race as well as making the Tengu race support Ayame as their next Tengu Queen.

Most, if not all, of the members of the Tengu race, were showing support for Ayame's ascendence to the Tengu race's throne.

While Ayame was dreaming about her future with Blake, she and Blake soon arrived at her mansion.

Her mansion wasn't that far from Blake's house and was only several streets away.

Ayame's mansion was a breathtaking sight, blending traditional Japanese architecture with modern luxuries.

The mansion stood proudly amidst well-manicured grounds, with an imposing gate leading to a cobblestone path that wound through a beautifully landscaped garden.

The front yard was dominated by a large, ornate fountain that sparkled under the moonlight. Water cascaded gracefully from the mouths of intricately carved stone tengu, the mythical bird-like creatures, into a crystal-clear basin below.

Surrounding the fountain were meticulously trimmed hedges and vibrant flowerbeds, their colors vivid even in the fading light.

The mansion itself was a sprawling structure with multiple wings, each adorned with traditional sliding shoji doors and latticed windows.

The roof tiles gleamed a deep blue, reflecting the heritage and nobility of the Tengu race. Lanterns hung from the eaves, casting a warm, welcoming glow over the entrance.

Inside, the mansion boasted a variety of luxurious facilities.

A spacious training ground lay to one side, equipped with everything from traditional wooden practice weapons to state-of-the-art exercise machines. This area was used by Ayame to maintain her martial prowess and to train the next generation of Tengu warriors when she sparred against them.

Adjacent to the training ground was a serene Japanese garden, complete with a koi pond and a quaint wooden bridge. The gentle sound of flowing water from a nearby stream added to the tranquility of the space, making it a perfect spot for meditation and relaxation.

Further inside, there was a large indoor hot spring, its waters reputed to have healing properties. The steam rising from the spring created a soothing atmosphere, inviting relaxation after a long day.

The mansion also featured a grand dining hall with a kitchen that would make any gourmet chef envious. Blake's eyes sparkled with excitement at the sight of it, imagining the meals he could prepare there.

Ayame turned to Blake with a smile. "Welcome to our home, darling. Here, you can live your dream, and we can enjoy our life together."

Blake nodded, feeling a deep sense of contentment. He was ready to start this new chapter of his life with Ayame by his side.

Now that he was inside Ayame's mansion with only himself and Ayame in it, Blake felt that he was finally living his married dream life.

'I'll do everything I can to maintain this wonderful married life with Ayame. If anyone dared to ruin this, I'd make them know why hell existed!'

As they settled into their new home, a sense of magic lingered in the air.

The mansion, with its rich history and mystical aura, seemed to be more than just a luxurious residence. It felt alive as if it were watching over them.

One evening, as Blake and Ayame relaxed in the grand dining hall after a delightful dinner, an unusual energy began to permeate the room.

The air grew thick with anticipation, and a soft, ethereal glow illuminated the walls.

Ayame noticed it first, her eyes widening in recognition. "Blake, something extraordinary is about to happen," she whispered, her voice tinged with excitement.

Blake followed her gaze to the center of the room, where the glow intensified, "Extraordinary? Is it something similar to my awakening as a sage?"

Ayame nodded, "Yes, if it is what I think it is, then it's something as great as a sage's awakening."

While Blake and Ayame were waiting in anticipation, the light began to coalesce into a shimmering orb, pulsating with life. It hovered in the air, radiating warmth and power.

As they watched in awe, the orb slowly took shape. It transformed into a miniature dragon, its scales as black as midnight and its form both delicate and majestic.

The creature hovered gracefully, its wings beating softly as it examined its surroundings with intelligent, curious eyes.

Blake and Ayame exchanged a look of astonishment. The mansion spirit had awakened, manifesting before them in all its glory.

The dragon's presence filled the room with an overwhelming sense of serenity and protection. Its eyes, though small, sparkled with ancient wisdom and a deep understanding of the mansion and its inhabitants.

Ayame stepped forward, her voice gentle and reverent. "Welcome, guardian spirit of our home. We are honored by your presence."
