Two days since then; and Levi had not seen or heard from Jade, even after all the calls and texts he'd left her. If she didn't want to see him she could've just easily told him that. Levi decided that if he didn't see her the next day, he would go find her himself.
At work, he went straight to meet Claire after his morning meeting. "Tell Jade that if she doesn't come home today so we can talk, I'll go to her and drag her with me if I have to," Levi said,
Claire looked at him as if he'd grown two heads, Jade left two nights ago. "I have no idea what you're saying, Jade left two nights ago. She's not at my place, isn't she supposed to be with you?" She asked.
Levi rolled his eyes, "Don't bullshit me Claire, Jade never came home. If she's not at your place, then where else would she be?"
"I should be asking you that. She got a text that night from you and she headed out so I thought she was with you." Claire said.
