Levi sighed, he knew it would be difficult to get Jade to agree to this but she was going to, whether she liked it or not. He wanted to be able to keep an eye on her, with all that was going on, he couldn't just leave her when she was the one person who needed his utmost security now.
And that's why he carried her to the car caveman style and drove off to the penthouse while she was sulking all the way. He could live with her being annoyed but not being in danger, he knew what Theo could do. If there was one thing he had learned in this life it was to never underestimate people and always look at their full potential, good or bad.
Theo didn't even have a good record in his books for him to think he could just sit still and wait for him to take the bait and act first. That would be folly on Levi's part, he had to be in total control and take several steps ahead.
