If Clarisse had this kind of personality, she wouldn't be Clarisse, and things wouldn't have gotten to this point between her and Jonathan.
Feeling uneasy, Clarisse took back her phone and said, "Hey, hey, Farah, it's not very polite to hang up on someone like that, is it?"
Farah snorted coldly, "Why bother being polite to someone like him?"
Clarisse couldn't argue with her any further. In a way, it was better this way; Farah's outburst had embarrassed Jonathan in front of his friends, and he would probably dislike her even more now.
Louis was initially startled by Farah's shout and quickly moved the phone away from his ear. Farah's fiery voice could still be faintly heard through the receiver. Bert, Jacob, and Louis exchanged glances before looking back at Jonathan, their eyes full of questions.
