I headed straight for the castle's clinic the moment I was able to regain my composure a little bit. Damian had gone overboard with this plan of his, and I still couldn't get it over my head. I knew we had to do something in order to stand a chance against Zion, but this was just extreme.
Emily was conscious when I arrived, and everybody else was already by her side. Everybody, including my father, Alpha Alexander. I made to turn around and leave before they could notice my presence, but it was already too late. Alpha Alexander had already caught sight of me, and we had locked eyes for a split second.
Zion followed the older man's eyes, and soon we were staring at each other. He had malice and hate in his eyes, while I stood there with a sad and concerned expression on my face.
