His opponent was only a 1st level Gathering Mana, and it was evident that his hands were trembling when he learned that Asroth was a 3rd level Gathering Mana.
Asroth was exuding the power of a 3rd level Gathering Mana.
"Start!"
Asroth casually walked toward his opponent as if he were sleepy.
"AHHHHH!" Lorok screamed as he charged at Asroth.
Boom!
The next thing Lorok knew, his body was flying through the air.
This was due to Asroth's swift kick. Lorok fell and vomited blood due to internal injuries.
The rules only prohibited killing, so Asroth didn't break the rules even though he severely injured his opponent.
Asroth was stunned. He didn't mean to cause such a severe injury with just a weak kick.
The crowd had mixed reactions; some were shocked, while others were angry. They knew Asroth was a 3rd level Gathering Mana and felt he had shown no mercy to his 1st level opponent.
Asroth just shook his head and walked back to his seat.
People turned to look where Asroth was seated and saw Asrah there.
Some believed the two were siblings, while others didn't know and felt anger and jealousy.
A few hours passed, and it was Asrah's turn to fight.
"Do your best, Asrah," Asroth said cheerfully beside her.
"Mn," Asrah nodded and smiled at Asroth.
Asrah quickly moved to the center of the arena.
Asroth couldn't deny how beautiful Asrah was. He sometimes didn't notice because he saw her as his sister.
He also knew she would become even more beautiful as she matured.
Asroth shook his head and looked up. Even though he had the mentality of a 28-year-old and years of Mana absorption, he was still a 15-year-old boy.
His body and teen hormones, damn it.
On the other side of the arena, Asrah's opponent was climbing up.
It was Rokan, the third son of Chief Osro.
When Rokan learned of his father's plan and saw Asrah, he couldn't contain his excitement. He vowed to himself that he must win Asrah.
"Hehehe, I never thought there would be a jade in our small village," he said, looking at Asrah.
Asrah frowned in annoyance as she looked at her opponent.
She could see in his eyes and expression that he was thinking inappropriate thoughts.
She remembered Asroth. The old Asroth had the same look in his eyes when he used to hurt her.
She wanted to punch Asroth in the face back then but never did because she owed her life to Asroth's parents.
Now, this was a different person, not Asroth, so there wouldn't be a problem if she broke his face, right?
"Start!"
Rokan approached Asrah with a smile.
"Young lady, I have something to offer you if you just agree—"
Boom!
Rokan felt himself flying through the air before losing consciousness.
It was like déjà vu for the people, as this was what happened to Asroth's opponent earlier!
Now the same thing happened to Rokan.
His nose was bleeding, and his teeth were broken.
Rokan was thrown out of the platform by Asrah's powerful punch.
The entire area suddenly fell silent in shock. A 4th level Gathering Mana had been defeated just like that by Asrah.
Even though they knew Asrah was a 7th level Gathering Mana, they were still surprised.
Chief Osro stood up in shock but quickly sat down, speechless for several minutes.
Asrah swiftly left and walked back to Asroth.
