39. KAY'S PLAN
BAAAAM!
The door slammed shut behind them. The air immediately shifted and hundreds of black swirling eyes appeared in the air staring at them.
"Hmm! You came?" Said the distant sounds of the monster known as Baba Yaga. "I was kind of wanting to find you but somehow you found me. Was it you boy?"
Kay tried to conquer his fears and prevent them from tearing him up from within but— they beat him a million times over. It put him in an helpless ditch. "I— I came didn't I? Now let the boy go, please." With as much cpurage as he could muster he challenged the monster.
A melancholic chuckle broke apary whatever little courage he had left. It was unreal and impossible to believe. "Not without a fight!! You have to beat me."
Kay walked forward. "Come on out then."
