"Sometimes I even wonder why I take up such odd jobs to round up stupid people like you guys and then I look at the pay and see that it is all worth it... It is so fascinating", Radal commented while circling the two convicts.
"Speak all you want. You know that you would require our help to escape this bubble without shattering and losing your lives in this void. So why don't you cut the chatter and explain why you even entered this hell hole." the calmed Gil responded. With no access to his weapons, he is not able to escape the shackles he is bound by. Behind him heavily breathing was his crush [and the one he wanted to kill] Kore herself.
"Imagine if Raoul was alive right now to witness these catches. That damn mutt would have loved to see such prized beauties." Radal commented on the nature of the bounty he had undertaken. "Do you guys even realize that you are worth so much money? I have no idea why either. I have killed so many servants and avatars in this world, that it has become a joke at this point. Yet I have never seen a bounty too extraordinarily high for you two individuals. That too from someone who is practically unknown. The job just has a place to collect the bounty from, therefore I have to be extra careful delivering you guys. Otherwise, I will round up losing a lot of money. I could have died in this entire fiasco, but I am just present here."
Radal sighed. Staring at the flat expanse that was present and looking up at the brittle structure that they were present in. A structure that could collapse at any moment.
"Then what did you sacrifice, Bounty Hunter?" the insane figure finally spoke in a collected manner.
Both Radal and Gil were shocked by the tone of the question and proceeded to become even more vigilant.
"You know, something that we all sacrifice to attain such god levels of powers. Avatars gain a sin that they add to their arsenal, but to become a servant we are forced to sacrifice something. Especially since you guys had to have had the hardest, discovering everything yourself. Being a first generation of such powers, everything must have been hazy at first, and surprising as well. Strange powers, with the aura to tip the scales of a planetary balance at a moment's notice." Sakurai stated.
"That is none of your business. Yes, I did sacrifice something, and it was important to me, but I left that a long time ago. I lost of lot, even during the purges that almost ended the generation. I survived through all of it. Just because of that one sacrifice. It was a necessary one." Radal replied with a stern tone. It seemed as if Sakurai had managed to poke one of the touching points in the Celtic Servant's memory.
"Even if you had to sacrifice it, I mean, you most definitely learnt the truth of this world once you attained this power. The world must have turned completely upside down once that happened, right? At the end of it, the world, the stars, the entire thing is a massive test for something, and us being guinea pigs for this massive experiment. Does not it make you feel a little small? We could have gone by our lives completely unknownest to this truth, and been completely happy with the destiny chosen for us, but no. We chose to sacrifice something and attain this power of the Gods; not gain a sin, but sacrifice something core to us. I mean, us third generations did not even have a choice in this entire thing. It was just ripped from us, and it continues to haunt us to this day. I have nothing against you Bounty Hunter, but do you seriously think that knowing what you sacrificed would be important to us? Or perhaps, you have forgotten what you have sacrificed… am I wrong?" Gil started to ponder over the nature of the sacrifices that each of them had to undergo.
"You have a mustering tongue, don't you? Your erudite knowledge can get you all the places in this world. However, conquering the wisdom of experience. That is something that you will only attain as I have. The truth of the world was a scary illusion. BUT, there is nothing to prove that it was true. After all, it has been so long, and being practically immortal gives you some perks. It does have its cons as well, unfortunately," Radal answered.
"Then LET ME OUT YOU SICK FREAK. BABBLING ABOUT THIS AND THAT, WHEN YOU TRULY DON'T KNOW THE NATURE OF WHAT YOU USED TO DO. HAHAHA! WHAT A JOKE YOU ARE MAN." The insanity present within Sakurai erupted once again.
"Thank everyone that you are imprisoned in this chain. Albeit with someone you want to kill. It is a true shame though. Someone as capable as you devolved into this deranged state. And then there is you. Well, I cannot say anything after the fight we just had. Two lovebirds that are ready to kill each other, and are ready to go for the world's ends for it. Such a fascinating story for a narrator to tell." Radal sat down after stating this. Placing his weapons on the side, he sighed once more, and exasperated he told the two. "Well, what do you want to do after all this? You guys are still newbies. And after everything that Nanami plans to do, I do NOT trust anything that the second or the third generations state. Everything is a glass bubble. The only reason I am even close to trusting the two of you is because Nanami conveniently hates the two of you. Both of you are some of the most powerful figures and in addition, you gained the powers of gods? That's a recipe for a disaster in everyone's eyes. However, I know that the two of them have a following respectively. Thus, I will not comment on anything." Radal continued.
"Big talk for someone who has the shots to kill us at any instant. Why do you even want our bodies alive? Just drug us and carry us off." Gil stated sternly. He was agitated at this point. He did not want to continue this conversation any longer than it needed to be.
"I want to give you two a chance. A chance to change your ways and turn to my side. I want to gift you both the petals of this one flower that the first generation was trained to grow to cope with the sacrifices made, but it was lost in the purge. I still have a few seeds and continue to grow them on my ship. Therefore, here are the petals, of the flower that recently bloomed. Lissardgy… May it grant the powers that it granted me before I turned into a bounty hunter." Radal then proceeded to take out the petals from his left ammunition cover and placed them on his left palm. He then took out a sheet of paper and then placed it on the flat ground. Rubbing his palms with the two petals in between he collected the fine dust that was present on the paper. He then takes out his knife and divides the dust into two equal parts.
He then lines them up.

He tore the paper and then went in front of Gil.
"Snort this powder."
Gil looked at Radal with the most disgusted face possible. "Was that the best you could come up with? Drugging us with a made-up story. Truly a pathetic attempt. No wonder you survived the purge, they couldn't bother killing someone this stupid."
Internally, Gil started to panic. He was facing a dangerous criminal who was offering him a powder from a previously thought-extinct genus of plants.
"Okay, then… then you don't get it. How about the girl? Do you want to be on my side, crazy girl?"
The insanity within the servant of Kore bubbled and boiled.
"JUST KILL US ALREADY" were the words that she uttered.
