Section 1. Title
This Act shall be known as the "Anti-Disrespecting Officials Act or ADOA"
Section 2. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to enforce an uncompromising standard of respect for officials, safeguarding the integrity of officeholders and ensuring that public discourse adheres to the highest standards of civility.
Section 3. Definition
For the purposes of this Act, "official" encompasses any individual holding a position of authority within the government, judiciary, or law enforcement, regardless of whether the position is elected or appointed.
Section 4. Prohibition
(a) It is hereby prohibited for any individual to display disrespect towards any official. This includes, but is not limited to:
(1) Derogatory remarks, insults, or slurs;
(2) Threats or intimidation;
(3) Public or private actions undermining the official's authority or dignity.
(4) Any form of protest or demonstration targeting the official personally.
(b) Acts of disrespect include but are not limited to verbal abuse, physical gestures, written communication, or digital expressions.
Section 5. Penalties
(a) Any person found guilty of a violation of this Act shall receive a mandatory life imprisonment sentence without the possibility of parole.
(b) For acts of severe disrespect or those considered a direct threat to the safety and authority of the official, the penalty shall be death by execution.
Section 6. Enforcement
(a) Law enforcement agencies are mandated to vigorously investigate and prosecute violations of this Act.
(b) The Attorney General shall oversee and direct all prosecutions, ensuring that all cases are pursued with the utmost diligence.
Section 7. Appeals
(a) No appeals shall be permitted for convictions under this Act. All decisions made by the court are final and binding.
Section 8. Severability
If any provision of this Act is found to be invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 9. Effective Date
This Act shall take effect immediately upon after the approval of Supreme Chancellor.
