Section 1. Title
This Act shall be known as the "National Health and Social Services Act of 2024."
Section 2. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to provide a comprehensive system of health care and social services, ensuring high-quality health services for all citizens, including preventive care, treatment, and rehabilitation. It also aims to enforce strict regulations on nutrition, mental health, and the welfare of the elderly and children.
Section 3. Scope
This law covers all citizens of the Wehrmacht Reichland, ensuring equal provision of state-controlled health and social services regardless of age, gender, or status.
Section 4. National Health System
A national system of hospitals and clinics shall be established and managed by the central government, ensuring adequate equipment, personnel, and services.
Section 5. Preventive Care
All citizens are required to undergo regular medical examinations and vaccinations as part of the preventive care program. Non-compliance may result in penalties.
Section 6. Mental Health Services
Comprehensive mental health services, including mandatory counseling and therapy, shall be provided to maintain the mental health of citizens.
Section 7. Nutrition and Diet
The government will enforce strict regulations on nutrition and diet, providing recommendations and mandatory meal plans to prevent malnutrition and disease.
Section 8. Elderly Care
Special programs and facilities shall be provided for citizens aged 60 and over, including regular medical examinations and state benefits.
Section 9. Child Health Care
Children from birth to eighteen years of age shall receive free and compulsory health care, including necessary vaccines and medical needs.
Section 10. Social Programs
Programs for housing, employment, and education shall be included, ensuring health and well-being for all citizens.
Section 11. Funding
All costs for health care and social services will be financed by the state from the national budget.
Section 12. Training and Education
Medical and social workers shall undergo compulsory training and education organized by the state to maintain high service quality.
Section 13. Drug Control
Only the state has the right to import, sell, and distribute drugs, ensuring safety and quality through testing and registration.
Section 14. Review and Evaluation
Regular reviews and evaluations of health care and social services shall be conducted to ensure continued development and improvement.
Section 15. Support for the Disabled
Comprehensive assistance and support shall be provided to the disabled, ensuring equal opportunities for work, study, and community participation.
Section 16. Non-Discrimination
Any form of discrimination in receiving health and social services is prohibited, with violators subject to punishment.
Section 17. Public Information
The Ministry of Health shall provide accurate information about health and social services to all citizens through various communication methods.
Section 18. Penalties
Failure to comply with this law entails severe penalties, including imprisonment, fines, forced labor, and other legal actions.
Section 19. Implementation
The government of the Wehrmacht Reichland shall implement and administer all aspects of this law, with each agency responsible for effective execution.
Section 20. Effectivity
It is effective after being approved by the Supreme chancellor
