Valerie looked at Bernard with disgust and turned away, holding up her gown that had been a nuisance to her movement but she wanted to endure with it.
This gown... This white wedding gown... She wanted it to mark her new start so she would keep it on till she was done with her revenge plot.
"I hope you all are enjoying the show because it is finally time to reveal the highlight of it all. It's the cherry resting comfortably on top of the icing." Valerie said and the screen went blank.
A few voices started playing and Bernard's eyes widened as he heard his voice say,
"Ah, if only we had taken care of her back then, along with her parents, this problem would never have existed."
Bernard's eyes grew unsteady. This was not happening. How did it come to this? How did she get her hand on such a recording? He never spoke about such a thing recently.
