Jade comes out moments later. She was beautiful; dressed in a colorful palazzo, and a backless top, jacket and handbag in hand. She comes by the window side of the passenger seat and sees me there. Mike smiles at her; it seems this was her seat. It is just a seat; I didn't have the energy to hop back. She will have this when we get back. I don't know if I will ride with them if this is the vibe, I can't help myself from reading too much from the situation.
"I am the VIP today."
"Yes, you are!" Mike says a bit rather excited for my liking.
Jade opens the back door and settles herself and I chase the guilt away.
. "Do we know where we are going to?" She asks.
"No." Mike answered.
"The is a new spot in the Eastern we can go there." Jade says immediately.
"Aright, that is where we are going." Mike says as he presses the screen on the dashboard.
"How is the place called?"
"Bypass."
