There is a suit going down. The man was on a call, I hadn't spared him a look when I entered the lift. My eyes were glued to my phone when that voice hit me. I know that voice. I take off the other pod and look at the mirror trying to decipher the other person.
"Rahim?.. Rahim." Turning around facing the person in the lift, it was indeed Rahim.
He looks at me, "I will call you later in a moment." And he hangs up.
"Zola!" He was surprised as I was.
"Hi!" I say, I wanted to sound cold, but I have had a cheerier mood these past few days and I was loving it. Changing and shifting my whole mood can be difficult at the moment. I was in good high spirits and I wanted my day to go as planned and pleasant without any mishap.
He leaned in for a hug but I stepped back, we weren't that cool right now; he ended up giving me air kisses.
"What you doing here?"
"We took over the building."
