The whole etiology earlier is just a hypothesis based on Sapphire's observation combined with my limited knowledge. It lacks confirmation via experimental designs. Even with the help of my Sapphire, the most advanced AI on Earth, curing an illness I'm encountering for the first time is still too much. Like any cure or treatment, developing one takes a lot of time and effort, countless trials and evaluation. Moreover, my understanding of magical energy and mana theory is still cursory, barely scratching the surface. I have yet to know what caused her mitochondria to be in such a hyper state. Is it a genetic disorder? Is it caused by a virus or something similar? Or… could it be… cancer?
