Just a heads up, Iโ€™ve done a lot of editing on this version. Iโ€™ve removed some toxic stuff and made the story more positive overall. Iโ€™ve also made some big changes to the story itself. So, if youโ€™re familiar with the original, donโ€™t expect this to be exactly the same. There will be new twists, different character developments, and maybe even a different ending. My aim is to make the story better and more enjoyable for a wider audience. So, while you might recognize the basic plot, expect some surprises along the way. Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 BlackWidow

He wanted to see who dared to wake him. Opening his eyes, he found himself in an opulent, glittering casino.

For a few moments, he was stunned.

If he remembered correctly, he should be dead.

An instinctive thought flashed through Indra's mind.

Could it be?

I'm dreaming?

Or maybe

I've been reborn?

Soon, Indra confirmed it. He had indeed been reborn.

And, as if fate had a cruel sense of humor, he was reborn in a casino!

In his previous life, Indra had been a young and successful CEO, but due to misguided trust in friends, he was cheated out of all his wealth in a casino and ended up in debt by millions.

Desperate and with no options left, he jumped off a building.

He had sworn never to step into a casino again!

And now he was reborn in one?

Indra sighed helplessly.

Heaven, are you trying to kill me?

Shaking his head, he glanced around at this den of sin.

Just as he was about to turn and leave, a mechanical voice suddenly echoed in his ear.

"Ding, congratulations host, the Lucky System is now binding."

"1%... 20%... 50%... 70%... 99%"

"Ding, congratulations host, the Lucky System has successfully bound."

"Ding, the sole function of this system is to increase the host's luck to 100%!"

Indra was stunned.

Although I swore I'd never step into a casino again, I can take two, three, four, or even five steps!

This system! It's practically tailor-made for me to make a comeback!

Indra straightened his clothes and took a couple of steps forward, only to realize a serious problem.

He had no money!

Indra frowned.

No way, is my path to a comeback going to end before it even starts?

What happened to the 100% luck system?

Indra was silently raging inside.

Suddenly, he noticed he had stepped on something.

Indra quickly bent down and picked it up...

Two hundred dollars!

"Damn! This luck is incredible!"

Indra couldn't help but exclaim, and he walked into the casino with newfound confidence.

The casino was not only large but also luxurious, with a wide variety of games.

Although Indra was no casino expert, he knew that generally, before entering a casino, one had to pass three tests.

If you passed all three, you could gamble in the casino for the day.

If not, you'd basically go home empty-handed. But now, with the Lucky System, why would Indra need to pass any tests?

Without hesitation, he casually sat down at a gambling table, adjusted his clothes, and asked,

"Want to play a game?"

For a moment, no one responded, so Indra looked up.

He was shocked!

If he wasn't mistaken, the person sitting directly across from him was Black Widow from the Avengers!

Could it be that this was the Marvel universe?!

"Sure."

Just as Indra was processing his surprise, Black Widow spoke.

"What do you want to play?"

Black Widow looked at Indra with a smile.

Indra cleared his throat, put away his surprise, and said calmly,

"Anything."

Black Widow nodded and said,

"Let's play blackjack then."

With that, Black Widow waved her hand, signaling the dealer to deal the cards.

As the cards were dealt to Indra, his eyes never left Black Widow.

He had to admit, Black Widow was a strikingly beautiful woman.

She had a stunning figure, fair skin, captivating looks, and an undeniable charm.

Indra had seen many beautiful women, but Black Widow was by far the most mesmerizing.

"500,000."

Black Widow's voice pulled Indra back to reality.

He was momentarily stunned and couldn't help but marvel internally.

BlackWidow, as expected of someone who runs with Tony Stark, is really generous.

It must be noted that all the money here is in US dollars!

Black Widow looked at Indra after speaking.

Indra took out the few chips he had and smiled,

"200... dollars."

"Pfft..."

Some guys sitting behind couldn't hold back their laughter.

"200 dollars to gamble? Must have lost everything already, huh?"

"Yeah, go home early, or you'll end up losing your shirt mate."

Black Widow couldn't help but furrow her brow as she observed the chips Indra placed on the table.

In truth, she was on a clandestine mission for S.H.I.E.L.D. within this very casino.

When Indra initially sat down and proposed a card game, Black Widow suspected she had been discovered.

Yet now, it seemed the man before her was merely another run-of-the-mill gambler.

A surge of Interest welled within Black Widow as she sized up Indra.

However, given the circumstances and Indra's paltry 200-dollar stake, it seemed foolish not to expedite matters.

With a dismissive glance at Indra, she proposed, "Since you're limited to 200 dollars and unable to double down, shall we change the game?"

Indra nodded in acquiescence.

A smug smirk played across Black Widow's lips as she suggested, "Let's test our luck, then. We'll remove the two jokers and play with a standard deck of 52 cards. Aces will count as 1, while face cards count as 11 each."

"We'll each receive five cards, and whoever has a total closest to 21 without exceeding it wins. What do you say?"

Indra nodded once more, his expression determined.

Without even bothering to glance at her hand, Black Widow declared, "I'll go first."

With an air of satisfaction, she unveiled her cards one by one, casting a triumphant gaze towards Indra. "The total is 20!"

In reality, achieving a total of 20 with five cards, without surpassing 21, was an exceedingly rare feat.

Black Widow, exuding confidence, raised her chin slightly as she proclaimed to Indra, "You may as well leave now, and take your 200 dollars with you."

Indra, however, remained composed, and calmly requested to see his own cards.

The dealer remained unresponsive to Indra's request.

Growing impatient, Black Widow urged, "Open them up, and let him see for himself."

Upon revealing Indra's cards, the dealer and the Natasha alike were stunned. "How is this possible?! It's 21 points?!"

Amidst the commotion, Black Widow's demeanor shifted from impatience to disbelief. She scrutinized the dealer, her gaze piercing.

In truth, Black Widow's confidence stemmed from the fact that the dealer was her undercover ally, also an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Yet, as she watched Indra gleefully push his chips forward and raise an eyebrow in playful defiance, a myriad of emotions surged within her.

With a hint of amusement and a touch of exasperation, he proposed, "Shall we have another round?"

At that moment, Indra felt a phrase on the tip of his tongue, unsure whether to utter it or not.
