By the end of the day, Di Tian returned to one of the caves on the mountain.
It was already cleared out previously by Chen Qingke to be used as their temporary residence for now. The Demon Beast that had previously occupied it was one Di Tian did not know of, a creature called the Three-faced Ghoul Arachnid. Shen Li and Chen Qingke had marvelled that this Demon Beast with such a rare bloodline had evolved from common a spider specie on the planet.
Apparently, this Demon Beast, despite only being at the peak first rank, possessed bloodline skills that could threaten a third stage cultivator.
Out of caution, the cultivators did not allow Di Tian fight it but did the job themselves, decapitating it in a single move.
