Xubao and Su Han walk through the wreckage of the once pristine mansion, their faces etched with shock and confusion. Furniture is overturned, walls are cracked, and debris is scattered everywhere.
SU HAN: Dad, what in the world happened here?
Jin, standing amidst the ruins, looks up as they approach.
JIN: Well, you see, Raven was here. He took Diego with him to train him.
Xubao narrows her eyes, her expression serious.
XUBAO: But why did he destroy the whole mansion, Mr. Han?
Jin sighs, glancing around at the devastation.
JIN: To test Diego's abilities. It seems Raven really saw potential in him.
Jin then turns his gaze to his daughter, Su Han, curiosity evident on his face.
JIN: By the way, Su, how did you know Raven?
Su Han and Xubao exchange a quick, knowing glance. They know they must keep Dabao's identity as Raven a secret.
SU HAN: Well, Raven approached me first regarding this matter.
Jin raises an eyebrow, clearly intrigued.
JIN (leaning in): Really? What else did he say?
Su Han maintains her composure, choosing her words carefully.
SU HAN: He said Diego has potential, and that he could help him learn to control his abilities. He seemed very determined to help.
Xubao nods in agreement, trying to steer the conversation away from any further probing into Raven's identity.
XUBAO: Yes, Mr. Han. Raven has a unique way of doing things, but his intentions are good. We should trust that he knows what he's doing.
Jin looks thoughtful for a moment before nodding.
JIN: Alright. If Raven believes in Diego, then so do I. Let's just hope this training pays off.
Su Han and Xubao share a relieved look, knowing they've managed to protect Dabao's secret for now.
They turn their attention back to the mess, contemplating the challenges that lie ahead for both Diego and Dabao.
Xubao glanced around and remarked, "Well, it looks like we need to clean up the mansion."
Jin turned to Xubao with a reassuring smile. "Don't worry, Xubao. I can buy more mansions like this. I'm just glad Raven helped us with Diego."
Su Han nodded in agreement. "You're right, Dad."
THE GOALIATH
Hanyu was walking towards his room, pondering over the private cellphone Dabao had given him.
"Dabao said this cellphone would be helpful, but I don't know what he meant," Hanyu mused to himself.
Suddenly, the cellphone rang, and Hanyu was shocked to see Commissioner Lin's name on the screen. He picked up the call.
"Yes, Mr. Lin," Hanyu answered.
"Hello there," Lin began. "Raven said he will be out for a while and mentioned that if anything happens, I should contact you."
Hanyu couldn't help but chuckle. "So, how can I help?"
With a serious tone, Lin replied, "There are some Meta humans causing problems at B2/F, North Block near Changde Lu."
"Okay, I shall look into it," Hanyu responded.
Lin smiled and asked, "So, have you decided on your vigilante name?"
Hanyu thought for a moment, then said, "Call me Goliath."
After ending the call, Hanyu went to his room and donned his vigilante outfit. The ensemble was completely black, reminiscent of a Viking warrior, and included a mask shaped like a rhino.
Hanyu looked at himself in the mirror and nodded approvingly. "This outfit is perfect for my standards."
He then leaped out of the window, landing gracefully on the street below. Using his titan powers.
Hanyu began jumping from building to building, swiftly making his way towards North Block near Changde Lu.
As Hanyu scanned his surroundings, he spotted a man attacking a child. Without hesitation, he rushed to the child's aid.
"It's not safe here, get out now," Hanyu instructed the child, who quickly nodded and ran to safety.
Turning his attention to the attacker, Hanyu saw someone who resembled a lizard.
"So, you're a meta-human with lizard abilities," Hanyu observed.
The creature hissed, "My name is Lizado, and I'm going to eat humans to become stronger."
"Not on my watch!" Hanyu declared, readying himself for battle.
The lizard-like creature, Lizado, lashed out at Hanyu with his tail, forcing Hanyu to dodge swiftly.
"You are strong, child, but you lack experience!" Lizado taunted.
"You have no idea what I'm capable of," Hanyu retorted, continuing to evade the attacks and counter with his own punches. However, he soon realized that Lizado was absorbing the kinetic energy from his strikes.
"Damn it!" Hanyu muttered as the blast struck him, sending him crashing into a building, leaving him heavily injured.
Lizado approached, his eyes gleaming with hunger. "His power... it's just like his. I need to eat him to get stronger."
Inside the building, Hanyu's head was bleeding, and his mask had turned from white to red. "Damn it. I let my guard down. Thanks to this titan physiology, or I would have been toast."
Struggling to his feet, Hanyu saw Lizado approaching him.
"You... You are just like him!" Lizado snarled.
"What do you mean? Like whom?" Hanyu demanded.
Instead of answering, Lizado launched another atomic breath toward Hanyu.
"Oh Fuck!" Hanyu exclaimed, dodging the blast while grabbing a woman to safety.
"Hello, Ms. Beautiful. Please get out of here," he said.
The woman, stunned by Hanyu's bold muscles, blushed and replied, "Okay, thank you, mister."
She quickly left the scene, leaving Hanyu to face Lizado once more.
Hanyu steadied himself "Alright then, let's get ready for round two."
Lizado launched another atomic breath, but Hanyu flipped through the air, dodging the blast, and went straight toward Lizado with a powerful kick but Lizado blocked it.
"You think you can defeat me?" Lizado sneered.
"We'll find out," Hanyu replied, focusing all his energy.
Lizado swung his tail, striking Hanyu and sending him crashing into a wall, shattering a concrete pillar in the process.
"Damn it!" Hanyu muttered, pushing himself up. He then charged at Lizado with his arms wide open, presenting an apparent vulnerability.
"Huh, amateur," Lizado sneered, lashing out with his tail. But to his surprise, Hanyu grabbed it mid-strike.
"I knew you would fall for it!" Hanyu exclaimed, gripping Lizado's tail tightly and ripping it apart.
Lizado screamed in pain, "Ahhhh!"
Hanyu smirked. "Now that your tail is detached, you can't use your atomic breath, can you?"
Shocked, Lizado demanded, "How did you figure that out?"
Hanyu replied, "Whenever you use your atomic breath, your tail is the first thing that glows. It means your breath's source is your tail."
With Lizado's tail detached, he could no longer absorb the kinetic energy. Hanyu unleashed a barrage of punches, each strike sending waves of pain through Lizado's body.
"Aahhh!" Lizado screamed in agony.
Hanyu gathered all his energy into his right hand for a final, powerful strike. "Let's end this. Jackpot!"
The punch sent Lizado flying out of the building, where he landed unconscious on the floor outside.
Hanyu stood over him, breathing heavily. "Finally, it's done."
