Diego was walking through the dense jungle, his senses on high alert as he wondered where the next attack might come from.
"Hum... looks like there can be wild animals all around," he muttered to himself while scanning the surroundings.
Suddenly, Dabao launched a surprise attack on Diego, who barely managed to dodge in time.
"Good, you seem to have improved quite a bit," Dabao remarked.
"Alright, Raven, let me show you more," Diego responded confidently.
With a powerful leap, Diego soared into the sky and aimed a kick directly at Dabao.
Dabao dodged it and noticed something in him then he said "looks like you can able to control your abilities, your red Aura is in control".
Diego looked at Dabao and said, "But it's not enough. I can do more."
Suddenly, he used his six-finger grip to uproot a tree and hurled it towards Dabao with incredible strength.
As Dabao dodged the flying tree, he thought, "He's really fast and adapting his abilities this quickly. Impressive."
Diego rushed towards Dabao with impressive speed.
While dodging, Dabao remarked, "If it weren't for my experience and skills, you'd be a death warrant for me."
Diego looked at Dabao with a surprised expression. "Really?"
Seizing the moment, Dabao swiftly countered and kicked Diego in the gut, sending him stumbling backward.
"Never let your guard down while facing the enemy. Remember this, Diego,"
Dabao admonished, his voice firm and instructive. Diego, clutching his gut, replied, "Alright, Raven."
Dabao smiled behind his mask and said, "Alright, let's pack up for today. You rest, and I'll go hunt for tonight's dinner.".
As Dabao went hunting, Diego sat alone in the area he and Dabao had built together. Reflecting on their bond, he thought aloud,
"I must say, he is very skillful and doing all of this to help me even though we aren't related."
Clenching his fist and looking ahead with determination, Diego continued,
"I must prepare for the campfire before Raven shows up."
With that, he stood up and began gathering wood and kindling, preparing the fire for their evening meal.
Both Dabao and Diego sat by the campfire, enjoying their dinner in thoughtful silence. Diego, growing curious, looked at Dabao and said, "Raven, thank you for saving me from that darkness. Without you, I couldn't have found out about myself."
Dabao looked at Diego and replied, "You are special, Diego. And I want to tell you about your parents."
Diego was shocked. "My parents? What do you mean?" he asked, his voice filled with surprise and anticipation.
"Your mother was not normal," Dabao began. "She was a predator, possessing extraordinary abilities. Despite knowing this, your father loved her deeply."
Diego's eyes widened in disbelief. "A predator? What do you mean?"
Dabao continued, "Your father saw beyond her nature and accepted her for who she was. Their love was powerful, and it made you who you are today. You inherited traits from both of them, making you special."
Then Dabao said, "As for your family, they are the direct descendants of royals who rule over Meta humans, Titans, and Predators. This makes you the next monarch in line. The royal family may not have powers like us, but they hold high authority over these three species."
Diego was stunned, absorbing the revelation. "So, I'm supposed to rule over Meta humans, Titans, and Predators?"
"Yes," Dabao affirmed. "You have a responsibility to lead and protect them. It's a heavy burden, but you have the potential to fulfill it."
Dabao patted Diego's head and said, "When the time comes, you'll learn everything. But for now, just have your meal."
Diego thanked him and they continued eating.
After a while, Diego looked at Dabao and said, "I was thinking, since we are technically teacher and student, shouldn't we address each other properly?"
"What do you mean?" Dabao asked.
"Can I call you Big Brother?" Diego suggested.
Dabao grinned and said, "Oh my..."
