Laura was ready to drag Emma into the mud, to ruin her reputation and make her seem like the bad guy to the public.
" You know, Agatha, even though I'm married to Alec _ my marriage is still not perfect, Emma is still going after my husband, she doesn't want to accept the truth that Alec is with me now, she's a homewrecker." Laura said facing the camera." If you're watching this, Emma, I'm begging you to stay away from my husband and family, Alec doesn't love you, he's with me _ and he loves me. So please, do us a favor and leave us alone."
Emma turned off the phone looking at Trixie and Ava.
" She's crazy." Emma gave an unbelievable dry chuckle.
" What are you going to do? You can't let her walk all over you like that, on live tv?."
Trixie said to which Ava agreed. " Trixie is right."
Emma stood and gave her final say.
" Tomorrow morning, I'm returning to work, and you're coming with me." Emma turned to Ava.

Alec stressfully rubbed his forehead as the video ended, he leaned back in his office chair with Zain and Lucas seated on the opposite side.
" She has totally lost her mind." Alec said coldly.
" Emma has already probably seen this, it's all over the news channels and social media." Lucas said.
" The whole freaking world has already seen this shit, what's Laura thinking?."
" Calm down." Zain simply said, Alec raised a brow at Zain.
" She's dragging Emma's name to the ground, her reputation and image is at stake."
" Then step in, Emma is kind and naive, she will simply ignore this issue and let people bad mouth her, she won't stand up for herself." Zain spoke.
Alec kept silent for a while before picking up the desk phone calling the receptionist desk.
" Yes, Mr Qinn."
" Cathy, I want you to call Neyomi and have her in my office first thing tomorrow morning."
" Of course, Mr Qinn, anything else?."
" Cancel my meetings for the day." Alec hang up.

In a luxurious 5 star hotel, further up in the hotel suite, a tall ginger head 6 foot woman sipped on her wine glass, dressed in her finest silky robe that reached her thighs, her white skin glowing as the setting sun hit her skin through the slightly opened curtains, her slightly plumped up lips covered with her favorite red lipstick.
The door to her suite opened and a cubby man who's slightly shorter_ about 5'4 walked in with short of breath, the woman turned her attention to him with a raised eyebrow.
" Darcy! I have your script right here." He said while catching his breath.
" You need to exercise more, Nerd, you gonna have to be physically fit if you're gonna keep up with me as my assistant."
" I know, I've lost 2kg in an hour." Nerd smiled as if achieving something worth celebrating, Darcy chuckled with a shook of her head _ going through her script. She will be shooting her next movie here in New York City, it's a big up coming movie for the holiday season this year, her fans simply can't wait and are full of excitement, in this movie, she plays the role of Emily Lunzer, a humble woman who's done nothing but dedicated her whole life and love to her ungrateful husband, despite his abusive behavior towards her _ she still sticks around and try to make her marriage work for the sake of her 4 year old son.
Darcy has been in the show biz since she was 15 years old, her first show was a teenage movie called ' between the ocean ' she played the role of Cassy Green, a teenage girl stuck in her own head after losing both parents, isolated herself from the world, not until she met Fred, the boy who opened up her heart and mind, showed her that losing someone or something precious is not the end of the world, but a beginning of something new.
She blew up like crazy after that one movie, so many tv shows wanted to sign her up, she would Starr in TV series, movies, and commercials, she would do advertisements for different types of products, her face would appear in magazines, newspaper, and billboards. Since then she's been the big deal in the entertainment industry.
Darcy sat on the couch zoning out, drifting in her distant thoughts, she could hardly hear what Nerd was saying.
" Hello, earth to Darcy." Nerd waved his hand over her face, Darcy turned her attention to him. " What are you thinking about?."
" Nothing important."
" Are you sure? Let me guess, you're thinking about him, aren't you?." With a sigh.
Darcy stood walking towards the window and staring at the big city outside.
" This place is so big, he's out there somewhere, maybe I will get to see him before my shooting ends, and I decide to return to Europe."
Her phone buzzed on the glass table, Nerd picked it up handing it over to Darcy.
' are you settling in well?.'
' I am, Rachel, thanks.'
' I told Zain you're in New York City.'
' oh yeah? What did he say?.'
There was silence from Rachel's end for a while. ' I'm guessing nothing huh, I wasn't expecting him to come running anyway.'
' I bet since you're there now, maybe you two might work things out, I hardly doubt he's seeing anyone at the moment.'
' that's if I get to see him, I have to go Rachel, gat to return to rehearsal.'
' take care, love you.'
The call ended with Darcy sighing.
" Nerd."
" Yes."
" Find me a nice restaurant to have dinner at tonight."
Darcy said before going to the bathroom to get ready for rehearsal.
QINN MAIN ESTATE.
" Come here!."
Lisa dragged Laura into the living room by the arm.
" Ah, you're hurting me mother." Laura winces in pain, Lisa threw Laura across the room as Laura landed on the couch looking baffled and confused to what she did wrong this time around. " What have I done, mother, why are you so upset with me?."
" Don't act naive and stupid with me Laura, are you insane?." Lisa glared at Laura, you could see the visible vein pop out on the corner of her forehead.
" I'm a bit lost here, mother."
" You went on live TV, Laura, bad mouthing Emma, making her look like the bad guy when it was clearly you, who forced them to get a divorce, not only that, you're dragging the family name into the dirt, what were you thinking?."
" Exactly what I was thinking, trying...to get rid of Emma for good, trying to make her stay far away from my husband and family, she has to disappear!." Laura yelled like a mad woman, Lisa widened her eyes in horror to Laura's reaction, Laura gestures and reaction made Lisa fear for both Emma and her granddaughters' life.
" You're crazy, Laura, you're slowly losing your mind, you need help." Lisa lowered her voice.
" No one will dare come near me, if you do, you'll be the first I make disappear."
Laura threatened... running upstairs to her room, Lisa touched her chest, she could feel her heart pounding inside her chest, she slowly sat down on the couch behind her, feeling helpless and scared at the same time, mixed emotions entangled into one messed up ball.
Still in a mess, Lisa felt a comforting squeeze on her right shoulder, she looked up and saw her dear husband staring back at her with warm loving eyes, those eyes that showered Lisa with love, security, assurance, and protection. Lisa gave a slight smile touching his hand that was on her right side shoulder.
" Everything will be fine."
Grange assured his wife with certainty.
" How can you be so calm, husband? Laura is giving everyone a hard time, she's not well."
" Well we can't send her away to a mental institute, we're not her parents, we do not have rights to make such a drastic decision."
" But we're her in-laws." Lisa retorted, Grange sighed _ taking a seat next to Lisa and said.
" I think we should contact her parents and explain to them what's going on, let them take care of the matter."
" And what if they don't, what if they support their daughter?."
" Don't you worry, dear, they're reasonable people, they'll make the right decision."
Grange said, Lisa still wasn't convinced by the matter, she rested her head on his chest trying to find comfort through his beating heartbeat.
