Klaus crawled into the hole, and he crawled in the darkness. After some time, he noticed a faint light ahead. So Klaus quickened his crawl, and the farther he went, the brighter the light became.
When he finally reached the end, he found that there was a large pit that had sunk downward, and that the light was coming from below.
Just as he was about to look down, a gray-and-white bat with red eyes flew up from below with a piece of bloody flesh in its mouth.
Klaus turned to the other side, and the bat flew over Klaus's shoulder and back into the hole. Klaus slowly lowered his body to the edge of the pit, and at this point, he finally saw what was going on.

Klaus was staring at the female Gray spider's body, still searching for the best position to attack.
Rand's body slid down to where the female Gray spider had laid her eggs, and the egg, which had just been expelled by the female Gray spider, lay next to Rand.
When the female Gray Spider saw Rand with an axe in his hand, she assumed Rand was going to harm her offspring, so she immediately twisted her body and attacked Rand again.
At that moment, the red speck in Klaus's field of vision was aimed at the female Gray spider, and without a moment's hesitation, he raised his spear and plunged it into her.
In the next second, the spear accurately punctured a blood vessel at the junction of the cephalothorax and abdomen of the female Gray spider. Suddenly, a stream of blood gushed like a fountain from the body of the female Gray spider, and even Klaus's body was stained with it.
The female Gray spider fell to the ground, motionless.
