That's a ridiculously exaggerated amount for a gem stone even if it's Magical. The crowd turned to looked at Levi in amazement. Of course, this is why it isn't wise to compete against him. He can be really crazy at times.
Well, they'll just move to plan B. They had to aquire it before it's sold to Levi or else it will be even more difficult to get it from the Azure king.
They actually thought Levi really wanted to buy the magic stone, not knowing that it was a trap he has set for them and was intentionally luring them into it.
Attor looked at Cadmus and their other friend, Devlin, and they all nodded at each other then turn back to the stage. They've already prepared for if a situation like this arises. So nothing could go wrong. They have to act fast before it's too late.
" Three hundred once, three hundred twice, sold to..." Before the Auctioneer could finish his words, three people from the back jumped from their seats and rushed to the podium with speed, their sights on the box holding the magic stone.
One of them conjured a flame in his hands and threw it at mage Rayan who was shock at the sudden turn of event, but he acted back fast and deflected the flame with a wave of his hands then retaliated with his own flame, but the flame was deflected by the protective shield that one of the men, Attor had created around the three of them.
The ladies in the room screamed at the sudden commotion. They weren't expecting this turn of event either.
The third and the fastest among them, Devlin, lunged to grab the box with lethal grace and accuracy. He landed on a crush like a cat with the box in his hand ready to flee but didn't expect what came next.
Levi was out of his seat in a flash. He'd been waiting for them to make a move. The fact that Vader knows and even dare to send his men to his kingdom to steal right from under his nose, had his flame burning fiercely inside him. He is going to deal with them himself to vent out his frustrations.
How dare they come into his kingdom to create a ruckus! Even if the stone here right now wasn't real, the fact that they know about the prophecy of the stone was already having him boiling with rage since yesterday.
He would so much like to burn them alive right now but he knew he couldn't do that now.
There are a lot of people here and this is an enclosed area. It would be damaged and besides, he needs them alive. He still have to interrogate them about how they know about the magic stone and what Vader's plans were.
So Levi lifted his right hand and sent a powerful blast of ice shards towards the three men. The shards struck their shield with an astounding force and melted it down immediately. The force of it sent the three men crashing to the ground with such great force that rattled their system and they vomited blood.
Everyone went silent and frozen still in place as Levi walked towards the three men like a predator.
Everyone in the hall had been shocked speechless when the three men in black attacked because it was so unexpected.
Who were they and how could they dare to cause a ruckus in the Azuran mage tower of Azure Kingdom? With alot of powerful people present and watching? Are they stupid or just crazy?
Obviously those three must be tired of living.
Archmage Rayan moved in front of the crowd and activate the powerful protection barrier around the hall to cover the crowd. Levi had informed him about what could happen before and they'd been prepared for it.
The three men struggled back to their feet, looking at Levi as if they'd seen a monster. They'd heard he have powerful magic and could manipulate the four elements as he wished, but after seeing the way that he melted down their protection shield earlier as if it was nothing, they began to feel a ting of fear. That was one of their most strongest protection, how could he do that? How could his magic be so strong?
And besides that, they weren't expecting him to get involved personally. They'd thought they could make the heist and immediately disappear but it seems things ain't going to go their way this time.
The one that activated their shield earlier, Attor immediately tried to open a portal since they still have the box in their hands. They don't have to stay and fight when they can easily go away. But when he tried to open the portal, he vomited blood. That ice blast earlier was very powerful, and as the one holding the shield, he took the brunt of the backlash. He'll need more time If he was going to try again.
Time! time that he wasn't sure they'll get as the azure king already had his eyes on them.
They watched Levi approached them, still with the same lethal grace. There's something eerily dangerous about this King. They'd heard rumors about him, of how powerful he is but they hadn't expected him to be this powerful,since he is still unmated.
How naive they were to think they could easily come and go as they please. To think they could easily steal from under his nose most especially when he wanted the same thing. They'd really underestimated him and it is going to cost them greatly.
Only if they'd know, they wouldn't have been so rash. They'd have taken it slow and observe the situation more. But they had decided to attack because it will be difficult to get the stone once it gets to Levi's hand. How were they supposed to know the calm and seemingly uninterested King they'd observing earlier was going to turn so ferocious in the next second he sensed trouble! He doesn't even leave the fight to his men!
Now that they are connered, they'll have no choice but to fight even if they know they couldn't win. But they could still buy more time for Attor to open another portal that'll bring them all away, that's the only way they could escape from the amount of powerful people in the room.

They turned to Levi, with Cadmus leading, they started chanting a spell. Powerful black smoke rose up from their hands like a cloud. It rose higher and higher whirling powerfully. After it has created enough momentum, they hurled it at Levi, who had stopped a few feets from them, watching.
" Brother!" Nerida shouted from her seat when she saw the black magic, while Rex rouse to his feet in agitation and anger ready to burn this men that tried to hurt his son. While the royal guard poured in from outside and the mages of Azuran also, but jasper stopped them all.
Levi had already made it very clear right before the auction that he wanted to handle these men by himself. Since they dared to have denigns about the magic stone, even if it wasn't real, It's a fact that this was connected to him. So he had to handle it himself.
This will also show the other kings present, what he was capable of and how dangerous he could be if he wanted to.
Rex and everyone else could only watch on in panic and anticipation. That was black magic! and an extremely powerful one at that. It will be difficult to get out unscathed from that attack. Rex clenched his fists tightly.
Levi watched the black smoke come towards him and engulfed him. He smiled. It's a slaughter spell, and a powerful black magic, one that'll fog your mind and clogged your senses once inhaled and if you weren't strong enough, you'll drop dead few minutes after, puking blood from all your orifice.
How naive they were, to think they could kill him with just this.
Levi released his godly aura. It surrounded him in a brilliant hallow of white, dispelling the black smoke around him.
The crowd widen their eyes in amazement. Most of the king knows he's powerful and carry the god bloodline, but they've never really seen him use his abilities.
Rex knew if anything happens to Levi on his watch, his mother would skin him alive. She was already very angry with his as it is. So when he saw he was okay, he breathed a sigh of relief.
While Nerida looked at her brother in pride. He is still the best man in all of Midgard.
The three men gasped when they saw what he did. How could he do that?
