Chapter 19 - Seth

Bruce stood behind Milo as they walked through the hidden paths towards the river. The sun was still far away and their shadows were casted on the ground as they walked silently.

Not long after they had walked across the river had they sighted the pack house of the rogue Pack. It was almost like a bailey, standing stall in the middle of the fortified walls that fenced it. For over a decade, Rudolf had successfully managed to establish himself and gain a stronghold making him almost untouchable.

"Are you really sure about this? How do we get in?" Bruce whispered turning back to face Elora as soon as he sighted the castle.

"What? Are you afraid now?"

Bruce ignored her question and still kept on his inquisitive stare while still walking gradually through the paths hidden in the thickets beside the river.

"Not to worry, I know a way we can enter without being noticed." Elora replied with a smile seeing that Bruce really wanted to be sure of what he was getting into.

Soon they were on the cliff beside the mountain where the bailey was mounted. The walls were made of rocks fitted on top of each other and the gate was a mighty guard made from strong woods cut out from oak trees. On the side of the gate inside stood a tower and from a distance they could sight the guard who stood on the lookout for intruders.

"Ok boys! It's time to have fun. We have some gold to earn!" Milo said excitedly with a grin beckoning on the five men who where approaching from behind Elora.

Bruce turned again and faced Elora with a slight frown as the men behind her walked across her and meg with their leader Milo.

"I do hope you have his gold. He seems really eager to get them."

"Relax, I got this!" Elora responded with a smile after a moment of silent stare at Bruce.

"Come on. We have my brother to rescue." Elora said and moved towards Milo leaving Bruce standing alone. He watched her walk away standing for a while, the he exhaled sharply and followed her walking gradually and with a cautious look at the environment.

Walking gradually close to the walls of the bailey, the men with Milo succeeded in avoiding being seen by the guard standing on watch at the tower. Holding up a rope, Milo fastened a sharp hook to it and fixed its end to a long bow then he fired up. The hook went up and hooked on to a hole in between two rocks used to build the wall.

Climbing gradually, Milo went up through the back of the tower while the guard on watch was oblivious of his approach. Soon he climbed fully up to the tower and knocked down the guard untouched, gradually dropping him to the ground in order kit to alert the other guards who were sleeping at another end of the tower.

Milo went down the tower and dragged down the chain to pull up the gigantic gate of the bailey.

"Ready?" Elora looked at Bruce who stood beside him the moment she saw the gate going up. Bruce smiled at her and they moved swiftly inside the bailey after the men with their bows and quivers filled with arrows had gone in.

"Rudolf usually keeps his prisoners in large cages behind the keep. I will go with Bruce here while you make sure no one sees us."

"And who are you to tell us what to do?" Milo retorted with a sly grin but Elora ignored her and left.

"Come on Bruce."

Bruce followed Elora who ignored what Milo had said. Almost immediately she had started to move towards the keep, Elora stopped and turned towards Milo.

"Wait till you see my signal before you make any move!" Elora said emphatically the she continued walking gradually towards the keep with Bruce by her side.

"You heard her boys! We wait till she gives us a signal. Eyes on the gold! Everyone to your positions."

The five men who were close to Milo left immediately following Milo's command and moved to strategic positions where they hid in wait.

"What signal?"

"They will know when they see it." Elora responded to Bruce with a smile.

There were three guards on watch holding up spears and shields standing close to the entrance of the keep of the bailey castle. They had helmets on and seemed not to be eager to be leaving their positions anytime soon.

"Now what?"

"This way!"

Elora turned to the other way still hiding behind the gallons packed at a corner in front of the keep. Bruce followed her almost tiptoeing as she moved through the back of the keep. But there were more guards guarding the surroundings. Just then, Elora sighted four large cages behind the keep.

"Seth!"

"Wait Elora! That's too dangerous, lets think of a way to get him." Bruce said gently dragging Elora who had made a move to go get her brother.

"What do you think?"

"We need to find a way to distract the guards in the front, that way we can easily get Seth." Bruce replied still holding on to Elora's hand.

"Leave that to me." Elora adjusted her cloth raising the gown up a bit to reveal part of her thigh. Then she released part of her long hairs from the band she used to hold them together. Bruce was awed at how gorgeous the bounty hunter was.

"Wait and watch!" Elora said again and left leaving Bruce speechless. He watched her as she walked towards the guards in front with alluring strides.

"Hello boys! Isn't it too early to be on guard. I am sure Rudolf wouldn't mind you taking some time before you start the day. Care for some company?"

The guards at the entrance of the keen stared lustfully at the sight of Elora who approached with a stylish walk flinging her hair as she gave them seductive glances. Within no time, the guards were completely engrossed. Everything seemed to be going as planned for Elora while Bruce stood at a corner waiting to see what Elora was up to.

"Lady Elora, you were supposed to be back with your bounty. Lord Rudolf has instructed to inform him of your arrival immediately you are seen."

"Oh you are right! I have carried out my task successfully but it wouldn't be necessary to disturb Rudolf, I am certain that it would be too early to wake him."

"But he insisted…"

"Shuuuush! Why don't I show you something really nice at a corner? Alone!" Elora put her finger on the lips of the inquisitive guard, then she ran her hands down his chest to his stomach smiling coyly at him. The guard seemed to be lured by her antiques as he smiled lustfully following her touch.

"I will be right back. No one leaves!" The guard said and left sheepishly with Elora who walked to a corner walking in her usual alluring style as her thighs stood out and her waist twisting in a beckoning manner.

"Oh not so fast! You are in charge, I am sure no one would come looking for you."

Elora held on to the hand of the guard who seemed to be in a hurry to devour her. She gradually out down his hands and when he tried to make a second move, she twisted his hand and bent it behind him.

She covered his face as he kicked him hard making him to kneel. Then she covered his nose and mouth till he was out of air before she allowed him to fall to the floor making a little thud.

Seeing that he was out, Elora adjusted her gown covering her revealed thighs, then she moved towards the entrance of the keep where the other two guards were standing.

"Hello boys!"

"Where is Garry?" One of the two guards asked almost pointing his spear at Elora.

"Relax! He would be joining you soon."

The two guards looked at Elora and then at themselves but before they could be fully aware of what really was happening, Elora pulled out a dagger strapped to her thigh and stabbed the guard by her right on his chest, then she pulled it out the dagger immediately and slit the throat of the other guard. They fell at the same time dropping their spears and shields on the floor.

Elora sigh heavily, then she silently moved through the back of the keep and appeared from behind Bruce.

"We are all set!"

Bruce turned immediately to behold Elora who was standing behind him smiling victoriously. He looked at her whole body but there was no scratch, he seemed really impressed with her as he smiled back.

"Lets go before the other guards are alerted."

Bruce went through one side while Elora went through the other side. Together, they took at the remaining guards keeping watch over the large cages behind the keep.

"Elora! I knew you would come!"

"Oh Seth! Hope you are good!"

"Rudolf said he would kill me if you failed to kill Alpha Bruce of the Lycan Pack. I heard he killed his father."

"Hello Seth, I am Bruce." Bruce said slowly with a smile waving at Seth who immediately removed his hands from his sister's body as they were still embracing each other. He seemed really scared and looked at his sister in search of an explanation.

"I will tell you everything you need to know. We really have to go now!" Elora said with a smile, then she opened the cage where one of the female prisoners was kept.

"Help others out."

"Thank you!" The young Omega said almost in tears as she crawled out of the cave with her ripped out cloths. Elora handed her dagger to her with a smile.

Seth followed Elora avoiding Bruce who walked behind them. Half way to the gate, Elora threw the spear she had grabbed from one of the guards she killed and threw it up high. It went up and pierced into the wall of the tower close to the gate.

"That's the signal boys, get ready!" Milo said as he saw the spear thrust into the wall of the tower, it's end vibrating from the impact.

"Oh no! We have to run now! The guards have been alerted." Elora said to Seth when she heard the sound of the horn blaring from the keep.

"Alright boys! Let's show them why we are called the Forsaken! Time to make some good!"

Milo and his men appeared from their hiding positions and fastened their poisoned arrows to their bows and shot at the guards running after Elora, Seth and Bruce from a distance.

Soon, the guards were getting larger in number and they couldn't keep up.

"Hurry up!" Milo screamed at Elora who was dragging Seth who seemed to be really exhausted and needed a little help. As soon as they were out of the gate of the bailey castle, Bruce dragged the chain connected to the pulley and broke it with his hands causing the gate to close with a heavy thud. They ran as fast as their legs could carry them into the woods!
