Going down into the catacombs of the castle, Viltz stood in one of the cells and began to dig in the ground using earth magic, little by little a deep well was formed.
A few hours later, a sweaty and shirtless Viltz stood in the middle of a well over a hundred meters deep, looking up, Viltz sighed and lay down right there.
Closing his eyes and using his arm as a pillow, he fell fast asleep.
Opening his eyes, Viltz found himself in the familiar sea of stars, where he followed the familiar trail that led him back to that ancient-looking neighborhood.
Viltz began to wander around the neighborhood, until a somewhat peculiar scene caught his attention.
"An owl flying by day in the middle of London?" With a frown, Viltz followed the owl and watched as it carried a letter in its talons, which it dropped on a random house before flying off again.
Mysteriously, the letter took a strange turn in the air before slipping through the opening in the mailbox of the house's front door.
"Don't tell me what's the same thing I'm thinking..."
With even more curiosity, Viltz stepped through the door of the house and watched as a lady picked up the letter, on which was written, "Mr Jeremiah Jackson.
Number 15 Street..."
An emblem with which Viltz was very familiar was drawn on the top of the letter.
"So I was right..." Viltz muttered to himself before watching as the woman turned her head in one direction and started walking that way with the letter in her hands.
Viltz followed her and saw a boy of about ten sitting at a table next to a middle-aged man with a mustache and a little girl with braids.
The woman sat back in her chair with excitement on her face and passed the letter to the boy.
"Honey, hurry up and read it."
The little boy broke the seal on the letter and began to read it while Viltz behind him also read it.
"Dear Mr Jeremiah Jackson.
We are pleased to inform you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment.
Term begins on September 1. We await your owl by no later than July 31.
Yours sincerely, Phineas Nigellus Black."
The boy read the letter with great excitement and his mother clapped her hands excitedly as his father put out the cigarette he held in his hand in the ashtray.
"It is good that you have been admitted but remember that magic is a dangerous thing and should not be used for fun. You'll be alone at Hogwarts and the security there isn't the best to say the least. Besides being a foreigner, you may face discrimination from your classmates and even from some teachers. During your hard times you won't have me or your mother so try to make friends and don't let them bully you out there."
The boy got excited and promised his father repeatedly that he would be careful before running off to his room as he hugged the letter.
Viltz spotted a display case in the corner where a couple of wooden wands lay hanging.
"So this is a family of wizards eh? Judging by what the man said, it looks like they come from some other country. Looks like there's nothing else to see around here."
Snapping his fingers, Viltz's consciousness returned to his body, as he saw that he was still somewhat exhausted, he decided to get some more sleep.
After a few hours, he woke up and rode another fifty meters before stopping.
Looking around the well for a moment, Viltz put his hand on the wall and it began to shake. A few seconds later, stairs made of earth began to form and began to circle around the well until they reached the top, forming a spiral staircase.
Looking at the incalculable amount of stairs he would have to climb, Viltz sighed.
"Looks like it'll be my turn to train my legs today."
Shaking his head, he began to climb the endless stairs.
After climbing, Viltz clapped his hands and the bricks on the floor began to move, plugging the hole.
"This will do for now, I'll need to dig deeper but I can save that for another day."
Emerging from the catacombs, Viltz looked at the light coming through the windows and realized it was already noon.
Looking down at his sweat and dirt-streaked appearance, he sighed again and went down to the lake to bathe.
When he finished, he put on his clothes and opened a portal to the city of Oxenfurt.
...
"I want that sofa, that closet, that bed, that table, that rug, that thing, the other thing, I want this, this and this..."
Viltz stopped at a furniture store and began pointing out some of the furniture while a fat, sweaty-faced manager took down his orders.
When Viltz finally finished pointing out the furniture he wanted, the clerk handed him a piece of paper full of numbers and calculations.
Rubbing his hands together nervously, the foreman spoke cautiously: "Sir, the total price for all the things you ordered is 13,000 gold coins plus another 2,000 coins for the labor to transport them to your desired location."
"No problem, as for the labor, you can discard it, I have my methods to transport them."
Viltz directly pulled out 13,000 gold coins and handed them to the attendant, then walked over to a large rectangular table and levitated it with one hand while with the other he opened a portal to the catacombs of the castle.
The attendant watched Viltz's actions in amazement, especially when he saw the blue circular portal emerge.
Viltz held the portal open as he sent the various pieces of furniture to the other side, when he finished, he smiled at the attendant.
"It has been a pleasure working with you, your store has top quality craftsmanship."
Viltz shook the confused man's hand and then stepped through the portal, closing it behind him.
