The employee fell silent for a moment, her eyes wide with surprise.
"Really? You just got out of a burning hospital?" Her voice had a mix of disbelief and concern.
She couldn't believe how calmly Sheila was telling this.
Sheila nodded slowly, feeling a slight shiver as she remembered the chaos from several minutes ago.
"Yes, it was a pretty terrifying situation. But thanks to my friend, we managed to get out without problems. There was a nurse who saw us and guided us to the exit before everything got worse."
The employee stopped measuring for a second, completely absorbed in the story.
"I can't believe it... And are you sure you're okay? Nothing happened to you?"
Sheila gave a small reassuring smile.
"I'm fine, really. Nothing happened to me because he was by my side the whole time. I don't know what I would have done without him, to be honest."
