Chapter 11 - chapter 11:

Ding! The elevator stopped on the top floor in front of the secretary's office. Jean wanted to look around and admire the layout but the files were not giving her a chance at all.

Jaden stepped in his office gracefully, giving of the gentlemanly air but Jean was not buying it at all. "Boss, what am I supposed to do here now that the files are settled?"

The kind of gaze she received made her shudder again but it woke up the little stubborn princess in her.

"How can I keep cowering when he looks at me, isn't he just a normal human?"

She thought slowly as she approached him. She was thinking while implementing at the same time.

A cunning look flashed across her eyes, he hates gays. Then let me disgust him.

"People always say I have godly hands, if I massage you, you will never regret it." Her words came to an end when she had already stretched her claws towards his shoulders.

If you call it fast then Jean was fast, she had always been known as the fastest female and second to none in the military. But before she touched someone's shoulders he was already five steps away.

She looked at her empty hands, empty office chair and the person five steps away. "How did that happen?"

Jaden was not just a normal business man and she could see it from his speed, even though she had ignored that origin of fear at first. At that moment she could tell that he maybe as deep as he could be. Should I run away?

"Running again? Unless you want your company to pay for breach of contract."

Let's just go with the flow, if he dares poke me. I will fight him to death but Jean still under estimated someone's viciousness.

"You know what I do to people who violate my personal space? Of course you don't, but you will in a minute." "What are you planning to do?"

Jean knew he couldn't really kill her but she over estimated her balls before this guy. She took two steps back as she gulped. His face broke into a sneer as he approached her imposingly.

"Contempt? Are you looking down on me?"

She really couldn't understand why he appeared to be calling her a fool with that expression. "I think you are second to Frank in idiotism."

Then ding! Jean felt cold air behind her, her survival instincts kicked in but it was really too late. She was tossed in an ice cellar. Then boom the doors were closed, guess they were remote controlled.

"Have fun there till your teammates come back." He then concentrated on his work, he was really busy. It wasn't a lie when they said Jaden's one second was worth millions.

Jean who was tossed in such a cold place first appeared baffled. Why was there such a thing in the office? Jean looked around but there was nothing else apart from a single person metal bed with a piece of metal instead of a mattress.

"Damn! Which kind of psycho built this?"

She extended her hand to touch the bed, "Fuck! It's freezing."

"Is this Young master normal? Why does he have this in his office?"

Jean thought she was strong enough but she didn't expect her body to be so fragile against the cold. It had only been a few minutes but she was almost dropping dead on the ground.

Her teeth were chattering as she crouched on the floor. She started seeing black spots as she crouched, "Do I have night blindness during the day?"

Of course that was impossible, but Jean felt like her vision would fade in a few seconds. Her breathing became strained, "Damn since when did I develop asthma?"

She finally sensed danger, she had to get out of here. Although Grey did this unintentionally, she wasn't sure if he was involved in the virtual game storyline. If he was... a ruthless look appeared before trying to convince herself otherwise.

Her priority was to get out right away and go for a thorough body checkup.

She couldn't find anything else that could help apart from her smart watch. She saw Jayden control these doors with a remote, if she hacked into it. Then most likely it would open, but she didn't consider if the remote was also configured in a strange way.

Two minutes later, Jean managed to control the doors. Gray was surprised when he heard the beeping warning from the remote. He turned to look at her only to hear one word before Jean blacked out. "Doctor!"

"Fella! Fella!"

Jaden felt her pulse before pulling out his phone to call James. "Come to my office, emergency treatment someone passed out from cold in the ice cellar."

"Grey you fucking put someone in that heinous place?"

"He didn't die but if you keep yapping then he will really die."

Grey could tell that this guy was not simple but why did he pass out from mere cold? In fact it was just a little near zero degrees Celsius. This guy really had his own idea of cold.

But he was right, Jean's body seemed to have over reacted. She had been in the Amazon forest, even in the north pole for training and no cold had ever affected her. Unless it was the environment or her body was experiencing trauma.

Jaden remained in the same position till James entered the office with his equipment. "Jaden, you left the guy on the floor man." "The carpet is thick enough."

This guy was really cold hearted. James just shook his head before carrying Jean to the coach. Finally after ten minutes of some tests he stood up.

"This guy appears to be normal but his body seems to be experiencing PTSD. I have taken a little blood for testing but he will wake up after half an hour. It's really strange his brain seems to be shutting itself due to past simulations but I can't be sure unless ..."

He didn't even get to finish his statement before he took off. He was someone who was obsessed with medicine, coming across that unique case he became excited.

Grey looked at the sleeping guy and fell into deep thought.

After a few seconds, he was pulled back to his senses when he heard a painful groan. Then some grumbling, he moved his ear closer to listen. "Daddy don't inject me ok? Princess was sad the last time. Please..."

Then a slap rang across Grey's office. He was slapped till he heard his ear ringing. A gloomy aura descended upon the whole office even the trapped Jean cowered back as she started wailing. "Daddy princess was wrong and won't slap you again. Don't pierce me."

That was what Jean said last. She felt herself in a locked room that was extremely cold with a handsome man in a white lab coat. He was injecting her with weird fluids but the problem is, when Jean sprung up from the chair. She did not remember anything.

She was just tired and she felt like her finger tips were burning from pain.

"Oh my God I'm sweating like a pig."

She raised her head when she heard a door slam, that was when she recalled the scene before passing out. "Did they recognize that I'm a girl?" Jean thought she was fucked up because if a doctor really did a thorough examination then she is done for.

"Mr Fella, it seems you are not in good health why don't you take sometime off and come back tomorrow with your whole team? Meet at Golf park arena at 11 o'clock in the morning."

Sigh! Jean let out a long sigh when she saw that Grey didn't seem to know her real gender and if he knew then he was a good actor but Grey didn't have an idea. He didn't even touch her body.

But why was he putting on a mask in broad daylight? She didn't know her palm print was on someone's face.

James who touched her, ignored the gender issue and focused on her reaction so it could be considered a pass.

"Sorry for that earlier, I will take my leave. Did you call a doctor?"

"mmmh, he said you will wake in an hour and it was no life threatening issue so you can go for a thorough check up."

He deliberately hid the fact that James took her blood for testing. Jean nodded her head as she left. She now had a guess of this guys ruthlessness, he had an ice cellar in his office. Probably a weird fetish to deal with beauty traps. Jean recalled the rumors she heard at her ceremony and shuddered.

Jaden didn't know that his medical cellar had awarded him another scary persona.

It wasn't long before James call came in but his tone was dangerously low.

"Grey, come to the hospital very fast. Deans office."

He was the dean of First hospital, thanks to his genius acts. Grey picked up his coat and left immediately. It was rare for James to be this serious.

Twenty minutes later, he stepped in James' office, in fact James practically dragged him to the research room.

"He has the negative version of your OH virus. He appears to have had it for more than 20 years and it seems like he has no idea because no medical traces can be found in his body cells."

Grey stiffened before a cold breeze was felt but James was also in a state of confusion. "How that virus from that country be found here and you know 20 years down the line."

"He is not from Phoenix country! He seems to be 23 years, that means he contracted it at the age of 3."

That was crazy, no one knew how much pain Grey had to endure because of that virus but a 3 year old baby? What they didn't know was that Jean didn't have an idea of that virus and she really had never experienced any pain at all. This was the first time she passed out.
