That was really tiring, but no pain no gain.
I think I have levelled up pretty good. My word skills have developed since the last time, but still I would need a proper teacher for honing my skills further.
There is a limit on what you can achieve on your own, and I am not that egoist to not take help from others when needed.
I have to talk with father about it...or may be mother.
Thinking about his father Lucifer regretted what he had said at the dining table. It's not like he regretted what he actually said, it's just that now asking for his help would be a little awkward given the circumstances.

After training in the forest for almost a day, Lucifer returned to the house at 4 in the morning.
As soon as he landed on the bed, his eyes closed and he fell asleep due to exhaustion.
********
In the morning Amelia was preparing breakfast for everyone.
"The breakfast is ready, come quickly before it gets cold."
Her statement was followed by hungry footsteps from different parts of the mansion.
After the previous days grueling training everyone was hungry to the core.
Seeing the lavish dishes of baked bread with omelette, boiled eggs, speura salad, sent everyone drooling.
John and Alicia jumped onto the table and began to devour their share, while Victoria graciously took her seat in a way befitting someone of her position and rank.
"Eat slowly John, and don't worry I have made plenty for you lot!" Amelia said chuckling.
She was happy to see them seating together and enjoying a good time, Alas! only with the absence of Lucifer.
While she was thinking of her son who never joined them for breakfast, she could hear the sound of footsteps from above.
And the person who was marching towards the table was the least expected one.
The bread in Victoria's mouth remained motionless as she could see her brother, for the first time in all these years joining them at the table for breakfast, without being called for.
*************
I hope there's something good to eat. The training from yesterday had left me dead for good.
I think it would be wise for me to join for the breakfast.
The cooks should have prepared something good, I hope so they would have.
I mean after all it's a Duke's mansion man!
************
'And here I thought I would enjoy a peaceful breakfast', Lucifer thought as he approached the kitchen.
All the dishes had been arranged in an orderly manner.
Only 5 chairs were arranged at the table.
Four were already occupied by his siblings and his mother, only one was empty.
But as the god of luck was against him, or so Lucifer thought, the chair was right besides the one where Victoria sat.
He hesitated for a moment, but his hunger got the better of him and he sat besides Victoria, which shocked her, but she avoided showing any emotions, maintaining a neutral face.
*********
Victoria just couldn't believe that her brother had sat beside her.
She thought that he would just ignore eating at the table or maybe even slide the chair to the other side, so as to not seat near them.
Alicia and John looked with wide eyes from the opposite side of the table, while Amelia too was surprised.
Victoria thought that this was the best time to strike a proper, normal conversation with her brother before they go to the academy.
And so she initiated the conversation in a warm tone, likely ever unheard by others.....
