"I'm looking forward to drafting a proper contract with you. We will do that, won't we?" Allie opened the conversation while they were on the road.
"Of course, we shall have that," Evan replied.
Although Allie had expected it, she was still relieved at the confirmation of having a written agreement. It was more reliable than a verbal one. At least if Evan messed up, she would have something to hold against him.
"Let's make it clear before we go meet your mother," she said, looking at him seriously.
