Professor Kelly was ecstatic.
Just after Allie finished her breakfast, she received a call from Professor Kelly, who informed her that she had just received an email from Lotus Tech. They were going to proceed with the acquisition of Code Vision.
Allie had seen this coming. She was pleased that Evan had taken immediate action on it. The signing of papers would take place later that afternoon at Lotus Tech's tower. Professor Kelly wanted Allie to be there as the team leader and her trusted subordinate.
For the meeting, Allie wore black trousers and a white long-sleeved shirt with cuffs rolled up to her elbows. Her hair was tied in a bun, and she wore her glasses.
Just as she finished dressing, she noticed a message on her phone from Evan,

Our contract is ready. Let's sign it after today's meeting. You will be there with Professor Kelly, right?
