Arriving at the villa, Feng Suyin led Bai Yilin and Bai Yuxuan inside, where Ji Yuzhe and Uncle Jia were waiting. The children looked around the unfamiliar surroundings with wide eyes, clutching onto Feng Suyin's hands tightly.
Ji Yuzhe met them at the door curiously as he waited for his wife. Feng Suyin quickly explained the situation, detailing what little information they had about the twins.
"No one reported them missing?" Ji Yuzhe asked.
Feng Suyin shook her head, her brow furrowed in concern. "No, no missing report was filed for them. It's as if they appeared out of thin air." She glanced down at Bai Yilin and Bai Yuxuan, who were peeking out from behind her, their eyes wide as they stared at Ji Yuzhe's face.
Bai Yilin opened her mouth to say something but shut it and looked away instead while her brother remained silent beside her. Feng Suyin couldn't see their expression and assumed they felt uneasy again.
