I was a little suspicious when Juniper went out, to be honest. The fact she was going out to run an errand at 2am? It was so unusual. Even I, a busy business man never had to go out that early to run business. Then she?
It wasn't like I didn't trust her, I trusted her with all my life, but the circumstances seemed to be suspicious. As soon as she entered the car and zoomed off, I got off the bed and drove, following her. Honestly, Juniper had been acting so weird these days.
I don't blame her, I know for sure she had had her trust broken by those close to her dozens of time and it was natural for her to have a hard time trusting others. I know these past few days had taken a huge toll on her, emotionally and physically. Dealing with Orion, her step sister and me…it must have her mind in a whirlwind of roller coasters.
