To the littlest comfort of picturing that person's image, and to the precious moments together, in exchange for the extreme anguish in pain of knowing what you've had together, your connection is beginning to fade.
As though the memory of him that you've been holding on was ultimately scattering day after day.
And while your heart still yearns for him in the present, there he was left in the past.
Gone and forever a memory.
