I was about to leave when I heard a voice called me.
"Ma'am". I turn around and saw the chef which give me the food kanina.
"The head chef wants you to have this". Ini abot sakin ng chef ang lagayan.
"What is this for?". I asked.
"I was just told to give you this ma'am, but he didn't tell me the reason why". So I just leave after that.
When I got home I open the bag, there I saw a letter.
"Je sais que c'est une folie. Mais je... je te désire. Je te veux, tu étais déjà pris je sais, mais tu étais la seule chose que je désire. Veux-tu s'il te plaît me laisser t'aimer ?". (I know this is a madness. But I...I desire you. I want you, you were already taken I know, but you were the only thing that I desire. Will you please let me love you?)
I don't know what to feel about the message that I just read. Before I recover my phone began to rang. I saw a ton of messages from Lexi and she keeps on calling and apologizing.
I finally picked up her call and I can tell that she was nervous, was crying. "You finally picked up. Oh gosh thank you, please I know you are mad but please at least update me I'm worried...get mad at me all you want but please-". Her voice was shaking. I felt guilty about what I did, jealousy took over my mind, my body.
"I-I'm sorry". I began to have a shaking voice. It was our first time having a fight.
"I'm so sorry Val, I really am". I felt a volt rolling around my body, guilt, that's what I thought so. I knew that I should let her explain before I get mad, but no I didn't do that.
We began talking and fixing things that we have to.
"Lex?". Tawag ko sa pangalan ni Lexi sa kabilang linya.
"Yes, my lady?". She asked. I took a deep breath before saying a word.
"Someone confess to me, and said that he like me".I said she smiled.
"Then that means I pick the right woman I guess, someone was admiring my lady while she's mine that's a great like achievement". At first I thought she was joking but I was actually shocked that she didn't get jealous as she usually would.
"You're not jealous or mad?". I asked.
"I'm not, because I'm more than proud". She said and we continue on talking about those things and how she was proud that people see me as something as someone that is admirable.
Time has passed and before I knew it I doze off. Probably tired of today's work.

Valeria fell asleep while still on the call, admiring her beauty I felt a sadness and emptiness inside me.
It was actually hard living in a two different time span ,because it felt like we were living in a two different world. A world that we don't know if we were meant for each other.
