Third person POV
The training lasted until 11:44 a.m. At that time, Russell, Cassius, and the others took a break. Russell felt stronger and ready to tackle basically anything that comes to his way. But still, he needed more training for that.
To pass some time before lunch time, Russell decided to show the three spies his bus's engine power. When he asked them about it, they said yes, eager wanting to see and hear that. So, Russell then hopped and sat in the driver's seat, before using his ignition key to turn on the engine. This turned on the engine and produces some machine noise. Cassius and his two friends were astonished to see and hear such a complex, high-tech machine.
"Wow…"
"The sound of it is like intimidating."
"What was that sound?"
Russell's group was confident that their friend would show off his vehicle to them.
Russell then grabbed his microphone and spoke through the speakers, "Yup, this is the sound of the bus's engine for you, guys."
"Amazing…" Alder leaned over in front of the bus's front rear, "…where's that engine you're talking about?"
Russell then turned off the engine and got off, before opening the engine compartment of it.
"This is," he said to him and others.
Cassius and his two friends then took a good look at it.
But Russell didn't tell them how his bus's engine work mechanically and technologically because he wants to keep it a secret.
After that, the three royal spies pulled back, and Russell shut the engine compartment opening close.
He then looked at them. "So, what do you think of it?"
"That looks amazing," Alder responded back.
"That makes your vehicle more like a metal machine sent from the heavens," Cassius added, "more like a godsend."
The compliment basically made Russell more like a prophet-hero from the heavens.
Even so, Alder noted that Russell might be someone who was sent by the god of metals and machines named Mecanicus, a god commonly worshipped in the Barewell Mountains and the Zale Valleys because these countries contained very rich metal deposits.
Taryn half-agreed with him
Russell was a bit taken aback by Cassius' saying to his bus. "Um…"
"What's wrong, May-san?" Alder asked him.
Russell then snapped out of it and partially appreciated Cassius' compliment. "Uh, nothing! Okay, that's a nice compliment. Thanks."
His mind is like, "I am not comfortable with my bus being called like that…"
