Now that Kacchan is officially pregnant there were a bunch of rules he had to follow for his health and our baby's too. Kacchan and I had listened carefully but I think Kacchan was able to absorb more of the information than I had. I kept asking the same questions in different ways until Recovery Girl whacked me with her cane.
"Enough of that, you'll only stress him out if you keep that up," she lectured and I turned to see Kacchan scowling, not at all happy with whatever he was thinking about.
"Kacchan?" I asked, gently pulling him towards me when he didn't respond and his head snapped up only to relax when he saw me.
"It's nothing, I'm just a little tired. And cranky," he added that last part frowning again. Hmmm.
"I know we just had lunch but are you hungry? You usually feel better after you eat," I suggested and he sighed but shook his head no. Now that I think about it, he hasn't been eating too well lately.
"Suddenly I feel like curry. What should I do?" I groaned and he looked at me confused. It's pretty obvious what I'm doing but whatever he is thinking about has him distracted. "Recovery Girl, do you think Lunch Rush would make Kacchan and I a plate to share?" I turned to her and she seemed to understand exactly what I was trying to do.
"I'll be sure to let him know," she answered before shooing us out the door and towards the cafeteria and away from class. Sure enough Lunch Rush already knew we were coming and he had a tray ready for us and I was able to get Kacchan to eat more than half of it before he pointed out that I wasn't eating any.
"Sorry, I just love to watch you so much," I sighed and I saw him blush bright red. I know it's not fair, Kacchan likes attention and I might have been laying it on a little thick but when I took the spoon and tried to feed him a bite he opened without complaint and took it. He finished the food and when I came back from thanking Lunch Rush he looked better.
"I was being a brat huh?" He gave me a smirk and I just smiled at him before sitting next to him. He let out an almost silent sigh, leaned against me and said, "Thank you Izuku." I felt a shiver go down my back from that.
"Keep talking like that and I won't let you go back to class," I grumbled and he looked confused until I whined. It's really not fair that he has to be so sexy all the time. It's just not! He laughed at my discomfort before pointing out that we needed to go back to class so I held his hand and we walked back. We found Recovery Girl talking to Aizawa Sensei outside the classroom but he just motioned for us to go inside. Iida started lecturing the moment we opened the door but even I was blatantly ignoring him until he annoyed me too much.
"Iida," I started and the rest of class went silent hearing the deadly tone in my voice. "One day you will realize that rules have a time and place and furthermore there are times they should be ignored entirely. When it comes to things you don't understand, shut the hell up." I smiled at my friend but I saw how our classmates went pale and I really don't care.
"Deku, ignore him and let's get back to our seats. It won't be long before we aren't in classes at all," he reminded me and I nodded before being overly obvious about helping him to his seat. "Deku," he groaned rolling his eyes but I saw him smiling so I only smiled back. I saw him put a protective hand over his belly before I went to my own seat behind him and Aizawa Sensei finally came back into the room.
"It's time for heroics, Bakugo," he paused before letting out a sigh. "I'm sure I don't need to tell you to be careful, now do I?"
"I know what I can and can't do," Kacchan answered while I giggled.
"I'll protect him," I smiled proudly and our teacher looked at us and let out another sigh.
Dad came rushing into the room, "Is it true?" He asked, looking directly at Kacchan and I smiled even brighter before nodding. I had sent a text message in the family group chat so our parents would know.
"Oh God, your mothers are on their way here. I don't know if I could-," he is starting to freak out and I held up a hand to just stop him before pulling out my phone and calling Mom.
"Izuku!" Mom yelled the moment she answered.
"Mom, you and Aunty need to go back home," I tell her calmly.
"But-!"
"No buts, we only just found out and Kacchan is supposed to stay stress free. If you come here will Kacchan be stress free?" I asked her and there was a silence before I heard the phone rattle and Aunty was on the other end.
"Izuku, he is my baby," she tried to reason with me.
"And he is carrying mine. I will fight you Aunty," there was a long silence before she let out a groan. The phone crackled again like they were passing the phone and suddenly it was Uncle.
"Both of your mothers are much calmer now. Could you two come home after school today at least?" He asked and I smiled.
"Sure thing Uncle. Kacchan and I would love to have a home cooked dinner. Kacchan hasn't been eating well but ate some spicy curry a little bit ago. Kacchan, what would you like for dinner?" I turned my attention to my lover who looked amused but answered anyway.
"A spicy stir fry would be nice," he admitted and I passed on the information.
"Great, we'll see you both after school then," Uncle said a few more pleasantries before we hung up and I faced Dad.
"Now you don't have to, you have until after school," I put my phone away and he sighed in relief.
"Thank God. As much as I love your mother I don't think I could handle that. Not like that, anyway." I laughed at him and Kacchan just clicked his tongue in aggravation.
"Okay everyone go get dressed in your sports uniform, no hero suits today," he turned his back to the rest of the class and it wasn't long before we were all on the field doing endurance training, Kacchan included. "Just don't do any high impact training," Dad reminded us and I saw Kacchan roll his eyes but otherwise we were pretty much left to our own devices.
"Bro, what is going on? Why are the teachers acting so weird?" Kirishima asked while walking up to us and Kaminari added.
"Yeah and what was going on with your moms? The fact you had to call her while in class? And why were they coming to school anyway?" Kacchan looked at me before groaning.
"Kacchan don't be too hard on them, they are still pretty young so it's pretty normal that they wouldn't know about "that" country," I chided my lover.
"That country? What country? What happened?" Kaminari asked, quickly catching on.
"Your phone?" Kacchan held out his hand and Kaminari, still looking confused, handed him his cellphone. In moments he was handing it back to him. "Read that and you'll understand." He turned and walked away and the two of us decided that for our endurance we would do planks.
Zero impact at its finest.
