As the 5 hours seemingly slipped by, the jets of the private plane began to make a sharp noise as it began to descend from the sky. Hael was woken by the slight vibration of the plane's landing gear kissing the ground as he looked outside. The waving flag of Spain on top of the Madrid Airport was waving as a smirk took over his face.
"Hopefully, he hasn't forgotten about me."
With a serious tone Hael looked outside as the plane finally stopped. He walked outside with a matte black suit and a red lotus on his right torso with a pair of shaded sunglasses and pitch black gloves holding two baggages each in a different hand . As his pilot came out as well.
"Senor Castillo. Disculpas por molestarte. {Apologies for disturbing you}, do you need my services any further? If not but you'd like to change your mind in the future, here is my business card."
"Gracias. I'll contact you if I need to travel internationally. I thank you for your services."
The two shook hands and parted their ways with Hael conversing through with the Airport Passenger Assistants to gain the keys to a car. He had no reason to hide as even well constructed attacks would be fended off easily by him.
The Assistants decided that for a person of his status and wealth, they couldn't find any suitable vehicle so they instructed him to go to a car dealership only a few KM away. Hael was grateful to them and as he exited the airport he called for a taxi.
Once one stopped by him, he got in with his baggages and greeted the driver.
"Hola, Amigo. Where to?"
"El concesionario de coches. {The Car Dealership, por favor.}
"No worry. Talk comfortable with me, I understand english."
"Thank you for being understanding."
The driver laughed as Hael remained in pondering state with them starting the short journey. The driver seemed to be a lively person, wearing a buttoned shirt, hat, pants and a bracelet. The car was well kept and at the rear view mirror a photo of the driver's family.
"Where you coming from?"
"Germany."
"Ahhhh, Aleman {Germany}! Good, Good. Country beautiful! Hahaha!"
"Indeed."
Although Hael's aura was off setting, the driver remained happy and lively. Hael was oddly more focused on the driver's family photo and as the driver took notice.
"Mi familia. Wife and two daughters, love to death."
"They are quite gorgeous."
"Gracias. Serve in the military, 3 years. Missed them anyday."
Hael's interest was piqued yet he had sadly arrived at his destination before he could inquire for more information. As he got out, he walked to the driver's window with the driver sticking his head out.
"You no need to pay. Short walk! 2 minutes"
Hael put his hand on his pocket grabbing his wallet. He opened it and pulled out 3 100$ bills and handed them to the driver.
"This too much!"
"A gift. For your family. Gracias."
Hael began to stroll off with his baggage towards the car dealership, walking inside. With patience he observed all the sports cars with the sales manager walking up to him.
"Greetings, Sir. Are you interested in one of our sport models?"
"Yes, I would like a McLaren."
"AH! A classic, indeed. Please follow me."
The Sales Manager took Hael through a collection of fancy sports cars and they lived up to the hype. Money wasn't the problem, Money was never the problem. What he needed was something fast and the McLaren provided that.
The duo finally stopped at a car covered by a large black blanket. The Sales manager wanted to remove it himself but Hael insisted on it and helped him toss the cover away. Revealing a Matte Black McLaren.
"This will cost you sir… I am not saying it as if you do not possess the means to afford it! I am just saying there are better, cheaper alternatives."
"I have taken your concern into account and do not worry over such trivial matters. Please allow us to proceed with the purchase."
I know what you are thinking "There is no way people like this exist! They are greedy and money hungry beyond comprehension!" Yet why do people believe in others carelessly unless that trust has been severely damaged countless times. We as humans are created to have some sort of trust towards each-other. Be it temporary or permanent.
As the duo went ahead with the purchasing rights process, Hael registered it under his falsified name. Rodrigo Castillo. The McLaren cost no less than $299,421 which was an odd price.
"Gracias, Senor. I hope you have safe travels."
"Gracias."
The two shook hands as the payment went through. Hael got inside the McLaren which was moved outside the dealership and made his way towards Madrird.
Madrid was known for its natural beauty, friendly inhabitants, food and more. But, if you had dabbled in the assassin world, you would have found Madrid to be hell. It is considered to be no man's land, where there are 10 people smiling, 20 are dying behind them.
Although the innocent have this fact hidden from them, the order's influence had infected the government as well. They remain oblivious and even if the police were to witness a murder caused by an assassin, they'd label it as suicide.
This city is the textbook definition of a two sided coin. With Hael now approaching what seemed to be a medieval style mansion, overlooking madrid. As he pulled by the driveaway, guards at the main gate stopped him.
"Señor, esto es propiedad privada! {Sir, this is private property!}"
A guard stepped in front of him and conversed to him until a voice was heard.
"¡Oye, oye! ¡DÉJALO ENTRAR! ¡ES UN VIEJO AMIGO MÍO!"
From the guard's back a speaker told them to stand down and welcome Hael in. The guards apologized and welcomed him inside. With Hael being greeted by an old man, in a Red suit followed along by his family, a woman dressed in a beautiful black dress and children dressed in casual clothing.
"Haha! My friend! It's so good to see you!"
"Senor Kamalio, Senorita Kamalio. My deepest apologies for disturbing your peace."
"Nonsense my child, please come in!"
The couple along with their children grabbed him by their arms and began to drag him inside the mansion. Boy, things got complicated.
