Chapter 1 - 1-New beginnings

Hello darling!

Dear reader, this is our first novel and English is not our native language, so we ask for your understanding if something comes across as too cliché or poorly written, and please let us know so that we can improve and make this experience more enjoyable for you and for us.

We would love to comment as long as it is nothing... explicit or sexual, this story will not appeal to the sexual side, harem or anything like that.

Pay attention to the little things, maybe they are there on purpose (wink hint)

Best regards,

- Author and co-author

Delicately sun illuminates everyone it touches, revealing what hides in the shadows until it disappears when the moon rises, and its sunset is such a beautiful sight to see, with lovely colors adorning the sky, sun rays painting the clouds, even more so when there are three suns.

At that moment, the third and last sun touched the dying woman and everything around her, its pinkish-orange hues once beautiful now presenting a scene she wanted to forget. Her hands were full of blood from the one she swore to protect and love, his beautiful eyes now lifeless, and her sword in his chest.

He watches at the kneeling woman holding a corpse, mockingly as if he saw a joke, an irony.

She looked with blind rage at the one standing before her, the damned Demon King. He caused all of this, bringing an end to the world he loved.

With her last strength and emotions, she gathered all the remaining magic she could muster for one final attack against this monster.

And Just as the last rays of the sun left the world, signaling the end of another day, so did the life of the last living being of Echo, leaving only the Demon King in the world now.

--------------

A beautiful woman with white hair as snow slept in a large canopy bed, dressed in a beautiful silk nightgown.

Her room was spacious, combining extravagant architectural details with elegantly simple furniture. The large windows were open, revealing the view of three suns beginning to rise. Their rays gradually touched the room until they illuminated the woman, who woke up abruptly at that moment.

Breathing heavily, she clutched her chest as if in sharp pain, feeling as if gravity were pushing her down with every breath. Her whole body ached, and she felt dirty and hot, as if her veins were clogged with boiling tar. It didn't help that she was extremely confused about where she was; poor thing couldn't remember anything!

The agony was big, but it wasn't the worst thing she had ever faced — although she couldn't remember what that might be — so it was just a matter of time until she learned how to endure the pain.

However, it was only after two hours that she managed to barely struggle to her feet and make her way to the mirror in the corner of the room to see herself, only to end up staring at her reflection in a daze.
