CHAPTER NINETY FIVE
"Don't be stubborn." The duke said as he held her jaw roughly, trying to pry her mouth opened as soon as it opened even the slightest, the duke emptied the contents of the goblet in her mouth.
The guards released her and Rain fell into her bed vigorously, she didn't know why the duke had fed her blood. Rain tried her best to cough it up but it was already too late, she had drank it, a sudden pain encompass her and she crouched to the ground.
"Urgh!" Rain snapped her hands going to her throat, the pain was coming from her neck, she gritted her teeth because it was almost as though she was going to die.
"Do you feel it?" The duke asked as he neared the girl who was writhing in pain before him, "Do you feel the energy and the strength coursing through your veins?"
"Urgh!" She groaned loudly again, and there was something strange going on with her stomach too, the pain was walking from one body part to the other.
