Today is going pretty much well, Derek said to himself, "hey Derek what happened to your hair ?", one of his classmate asked.
"Oh I dyed it during the holidays, and am also planning on joining the basketball team", Derek said in a happy tone.
"Wow you look cute", a girl said.
And immediately Derek blushed so hard that his cheeks became red.
"But, you don't look manly, you're still frail and fragile", she completed.
Derek just didn't reply her, and he walked his way out of the class.
The main reason Derek dyed his hair was because, he was picked on by the fay brothers, both Peter faye and Paul Faye, and slowly he became the talk of the school, since he was bullied every blessed day of his life, and he also couldn't fight them back, or so he thought.
That's why he changed his haircut, and also dyed his hair during the holiday just to look different than he looked before, while he was thinking about his actions and decisions, he bumped into a group of students.
"Hey, watch it, what's your problem", Peter asked,
Derek looked away in order to avoid eye contact with Peter, and said "sorry man, it was a mistake".
"Wait hang on a minute, you look like someone I know", a friend of Peter said.
"Yeah, come to think of it, he looks like that kid, the one with mummy issues", another friend of Peter replied.
"Yeah, it's him, it's Derek kale", Paul answered.
"But he looks different, what did you do to your hair", Peter asked.
"Well well, now we get to call you tomato head", Paul said out loud.
On the other hand Derek thought of running away, now that he had the chance, but he thought about what would happen to him, if he was caught in the process.
But still yet, he decided to make a run for the staff office, so he started running.
"Wait whats he doing, is he trying to run", Peter said.
"But why does he always have to run, and he's so fuckin slow at it", Paul replied.
So both the Faye brothers and their friends all ran after Derek, but Derek was now approaching his seniors class, that's when he tripped and fell flat, hitting his forehead directly on the rock hard tiles, before Derek could even get up on his feet's, Paul already grabbed him by the collar, and slammed Derek to the wall, the force was so much that Derek even heard his shoulder bone crack, before Derek could even say a word Peter slapped his face so hard that he spit out blood.
While this was happening in the hallway, the senior classroom door opened and a senior walked out, noticing what's happening he simply asked them to stop but the twins payed him no attention, so he walked towards them slowly.
As he was walking, he undid his belt and folded it into two, both the twins and their friends, even Derek was now looking at the senior, as he approached them slowly.
Main while Derek was thinking, "why the hell does he look scary all of a sudden, is he an altered ?".
At the same time both twins and their friends where dumb struck with fear, to the point that they let go of Derek, and started walking towards the other direction.
But Peter didn't follow them, instead he ran towards the senior with full speed, he tried punching the senior's face, but to his greatest surprise the senior completely dodged his attack, while Peter's fist was still in the air the senior grabbed it, and fling him towards the floor, it all happened so fast that Peter could not even react or counter his attack.
While on the floor Peter screamed in pain, as his hand were in an unusual position.
Paul ran to his brother, and carried him up.
"you should take him to the school nurse, I think he's badly injured", the senior spoke in a funny way.
"Derek, you're dead meat, you hear me you're dead", Peter shouted, showing his frustration.
The twins and their friends walked towards the nurses office.
"Fuck, that guy is so strong, and skilled, is he an altered?", Paul asked while holding his brother, But his brother didn't reply him.
The school bell rings, and everyone came out of their classes,the hallway was crowded with students of different sizes, heights, and color.
Derek, who was still sitting on the floor exhausted and in pain, he saw his Savior and wondered, "can I ever be as strong, fast and skilled as he is", Derek asked himself.
"Hi am sage, what's your name", sage asked.
Derek was so lost in thoughts that it took him a while to reply sage.
"Emm Derek, my name is Derek kale", Derek answered in stunned manner.
"Well nice to meet you Derek, it seems as though you're familiar with those boys huh ?", sage asked.
"Yeah I do know them they are my classmates, but they're in class B, but unfortunately they don't like me, and they always beat me up every single time, and I don't even offend them", Derek replied while crying.
"Hey, what the hell are you doing" sage asked.
"Look you shouldn't be crying, rather think of how you could get back at them, and hit them where it hurts, you understand me ?", sage asked.
"Come on let me take you to a doctor in my street, she'll take good care of you for me", sage said.
"No no, no way, am fine am alright, and by the way I got no money for the payment so no need", Derek replied, while trying to stand up, but he fell again while wincing in pain.
"Yo look at me the bills on me, I can't let you die just like this, it'll be a waste of life", sage said jokingly.
So sage carried Derek out of the hallway down to the school gate,that's when Freddy saw them and ran towards Derek and Sage.
"Yo bro what happened ?, who did this to you ?, give me a fuckin answer man", Freddy asked in a panicked tone.
"Hey his in tired and he is in a lot of pain right now so if you don't mind please piss the hell of", Sage said in an angry tone.
Freddy look surprised and shocked at the same time.
"Ok where are you taking him to", Freddy asked.
"If you wanna help your friend, let's carry him to the pharmacy quickly", Sage replied.
In the pharmacy Derek was awake, he stood up surprised to see Freddy, but he couldn't see Sage, so he asked, "where's Sage".
"Who ?", Freddy asked.
"The guy that brought me here", Derek replied.
"Oh that guy he's dick head, but he left immediately he brought you here", Sage said
"Ok let's go home then", Derek replied.
