He covered his mouth as he felt the pain increasing inside him, but he still didn't make a sound, and as fast as the pain came, it left the same way.
Though the painful process was over, but Derek was still Lying on the floor, he stayed still as though he was scared to move, and after a few minutes he opened his profile tab.

And Derek remembered that after every level up, the system gives him two extra stat point for him to use how ever he chooses, so he opened his stats tab.

"So if I reach level 10, my health and energy will be increased by an extra 50 points, wow I can't wait", Derek thought.
Derek remember that he is suppose to be at the club early today for an urgent meeting between the transporters and king kade.
Derek came down stairs, and he went straight to the kitchen to get some food, he opened the microwave and he saw some scrambled eggs, he ate it all up, then he on his phone and saw some text messages.

Derek immediately ran out of the house, house with full speed, he kept running and looking at the time on his phone.
Derek ran pasts some ordinary color gang members, and they chased after him trying to fight him, but due to the circumstances he was in, he decided that it's best to escape them now, and probably fight them later.
So Derek ran into the alleys he changed his route randomly, he then came out to the main road, he continue running towards the club.
Not long after what happened he arrived at the club at 5:58 pm, it's just two minutes to the start of the meeting, Derek continued to run into the club.
He stopped to think, "wait the club should be empty right or maybe I should follow the back entrance, that way I can save time".
So Derek went to the back of the club, and he entered through the back, as he entered he saw some of the other transporter that were ready for the meeting.
Not long after, king kade entered the room,every body was quiet, nobody made a sound, king kade then walk straight to Derek.
As he was walking to Derek's position ,some of the boys that were standing close to Derek were visibly shaking due to the fear they had for king kade.
When King kade got close to Derek, he stopped and looked Derek in the eyes, Derek didn't even move, Derek didn't even blink, he just looked into the eyes of king kade.
King kade broke the silence by laughing loudly and he said, "you got balls kid, you ain't as scared as the others, you're special and I like that.
"Am here to select a new leader of the transporters, and the person selected will be your representative, if you need anything you tell him and he'll tell me, and he will also be a part of the main gang", king kade said.
"Who is up for the task of a leader ?, the leader will have some benefits too", king kade said.
And without hesitation many teenagers raised their hand including Derek, and king kade walk back to the center of the room.
"Now in other to be the leader of the transporters you'll under go a fighting tournament, and the winner of this tournament will be the next leader of the transporters, and the tournament takes place next month, so prepare yourself", king kade said.
"Sir please, if I may ask, what happened to the old leader ?", Derek asked.
"Well that's a good question, you're the observing type, well that's good, I killed the former leader, because he stole from me", king kade replied.
This reply surprised each and every boy standing in the room, and immediately some of them started dropping their hands due to the fear of being killed,and as a sign that they were no more interested in the promotion.
In a total of 55 boys, 35 boys dropped their hands, and the remaining 20 boys wrote down their names as participants for the tournament.
"Well, you still wrote down your name, you look small and frail but you're strong willed, and that's the character of a leader", king kade said smiling at Derek.
