Takaba, headless and dismembered, remained in pieces, covered in the dust of a pile of rubble.
Choso, his ally, was completely torn into ribbons, the only whole part of his body remaining being half of his severed head.
Higuruma, a valiant sorcerer, one of the most powerful and talented sorcerers to ever exist, was pinned in the ground by a cursed weapon called the 'Kamutoke' through the skull.
A seemingly quick and painless death.
The final one of the four that stood against Sukuna, Yuji Itadori, was the only one who was still alive, fighting for his life.
This was the scene Kenjaku saw as he approached the area. Sukuna was conducting a mass slaughter that discriminated against none.
Sorcerer or curse user, it didn't matter. As long as you existed in his general area, death was fated.
Knocking Yuji away while slice off all of his limbs, Sukuna laughed maniacally as his eyes turned towards Kenjaku, who was walking up slowly.
"Brat! It seems that your father has come to save you! Or maybe, he's here to kill you too?"
Yuji, fully focusing on RCT to regrow his limbs, stood back up on two brand new legs within moments and turned his eyes towards Kenjaku.
"Heh...Yuji, you've changed. That naive little child that wanted to save everyone without without a firm resolve is gone. All that remains is a warrior that even I can respect. Sukuna, a part of me wants to just sit back and watch him eventually beat you...but that would take too long. Your time is up."
Kenjaku stopped in between Sukuna and Yuji, planting his sheathed blade in the ground as he glanced at both of them.
"Yuji, if you value your life, then-"
Looking at Yuji's calm but defiant eyes as be regrew his arms, Kenjaku stopped and a small smile appeared on his face.
There was no need to go easy on Yuji, he had grown up. Telling him to run for his life would be disrespectful to a fellow warrior.
Slowly drawing his katana, Kenjaku threw the sheathe to the side and said, "Well...let's begin."
WHOOSH! WHOOSH! BOOM!
The three of them clashed, their eyes filled with complete focus as sparks of black flowed along their bodies.
Kicking Yuji away and sending several cursed spirits after him, Kenjaku immediately starting fighting with Sukuna, the two engaging in a heated battle of martial arts.
CLANG!
Within a few movements, Sukuna broke Kenjaku's katana into pieces with nothing but his bare fists, forcing the sorcerer to abandon the weapon altogether.
'This is what the King Of Curses should be like.'
BOOM!
The two of them clashed fists, destroying the ground around them as they fought. But as one would expect, when it came to fighting experience, Kenjaku had Sukuna beat by a millenia.
The seemingly even battle soon turned into Kenjaku easily countering all of Sukuna's strikes, the sorcerer picking up his fighting pattern within moments.
Weaving multiple strikes, Kenjaku countered with a solid strike to Sukuna's gut, lifting him off the ground with his incredible strength.
"GEURGHH!"
Jumping on air to follow him as he flew up into the sky, Sukuna recovered as the two sorcerers started fighting again the sky, clashing fiercely as their overwhelmingly malevolent cursed energy covered the entirety of the area in a red aura.
Feeling tired of getting countered by Kenjaku, Sukuna stepped higher into the air and performed an animal shaped hand sign, summoning a gigantic cursed bird over him.
"Strike, nue."
The sky became covered in lightning as the spirit fired multiple elemental beams at Kenjaku.
"You'll have to do better than that."
Summoning a large mirror like spirit from a portal, Kenjaku reflected the lightning back at Nue, greatly wounding the curse.
In the next instant, several shadow wolves appeared out of nowhere and pushed him through a nearby building, with Sukuna following close behind.
"SCRAAAA!"
Rika suddenly appeared behind Kenjaku, destroying all of the cursed spirits with one swipe.
Sukuna clicked his tongue as Kenjaku appeared in front of him again, forcing him into a close range battle.
This time, there was no competition. Kenjaku absolutely destroyed him up close as he battered him with strikes from all directions.
"Make sure you keep guard up, Sukuna. If not..."
Ducking under a punch from Sukuna, Kenjaku elbowed him in the sternum and delivered a spinning roundhouse kick in mid-air accompanied by beautiful black sparks, sending Sukuna flying away.
"You'll get knocked out."
Just as he was about to chase Sukuna, Yuji suddenly jumped through a wall and started hitting him with multiple strikes.
"Jinnnnnn!!!"
Kenjaku weaved his attacks and swept him off his feet, causing Yuji to deliver a falling black flash enhanced drop kick to the sorcerer.
Although he blocked the attack, Kenjaku could feel his cursed energy going into disarray. But he didn't let up the pressure.
Grabbing Yuji by the leg as he tried to get off the ground, Kenjaku slammed him through the building floor, sending him barreling down.
Before Yuji could hit the ground floor, Kenjaku was already down there under him, his gaze turned towards the boy flying down.
"Sky Manipulation: Thin Ice Breaker."
The moment Yuji's body got within his range, Kenjaku's entire body lit up with black sparks as he punched Yuji in the spine, breaking the sky at the same time.
BOOOOM!!
The impact was so catastrophic that the entire building and the surrounding ones were disintegrated into dust.
Yuji's entire torso was gone, leaving only his limbs and head behind.
With a snap of Kenjaku's fingers, Rika appeared and devoured the rest of him immediately, disappearing back into a black portal right after.
"You were great, Yuji Itadori. I shall never forget you as long as I live."
Kenjaku then jumped over to Sukuna, who was standing there with his arms folded, seemingly waiting for his opponent to appear.
"All this time fighting, and I never asked what your real name was. Don't bother saying Jin Itadori, I know that name is just another alias."
Kenjaku cracked his neck as a small smile appeared across his face.
"As a sign of respect, I'll let you know. Arcann. That is my name."
Sukuna gave a respectful nod as he made a hand sign, his cursed energy flaring up wildly.
"Then, Arcann, let's not continue this farce any longer. A fight between the strongest should conclude with a battle between our strongest techniques, don't you think?"
Of course, Kenjaku agreed. There was no use in drawing this out any longer than it should be.
Kenjaku followed along and made a hand sign, twisting his fingers together in an inhuman fashion, his cursed energy rapidly surging.
It was time to finish this.
In unison, they both said,
"Domain Expansion."
Their barrierless domains clashed with full force, eviscerating the surrounding area.
"Malevolent Shrine."
"Womb Profusion."
