Ruin blinked, disoriented, as he stirred from his slumber. The last thing he remembered was getting decapitated,"I could swear I just died back there," Ruin muttered as he instinctively reached for his neck only to find it whole.
He looked around but his surroundings offered no clarity. Everywhere he looked, there was only an expanse of blinding white."Where am I?" Ruin's voice echoed, the sound swallowed by the featureless space. "Wait,Is this heaven? hahaha! I always knew those few scraps I gave to those beggars would pay off!" he said while laughing.
"But what happens now, do I just stay here forever?" He mused as he looked around but suddenly an illumination sliced through the whiteness, and Ruin shielded his eyes. A figure materialized—a silhouette of grace and otherworldly beauty. Her form radiated light, and her eyes drawing any man near."The hell is happen—" Ruin began, but his words faltered as he took in the vision before him.
"Huh a defective, I never thought one of you could make it into that dungeon,impressive." The woman said as she approached Ruin. All this time Ruin had his eyes glued on her starry eyed as he followed her every move. "Marry me," Ruin suddenly spurted out without thinking.
The goddess looked at Ruin quizzically before answering,"And why would I do that? Never order a goddess again, Know your place." She said with disdainful tone. Ruin expression took a complete turn as his eyes lost the sparkle in them as he hurriedly bowed before the figure apologizing. "Well that was short," Ruin said internally as the fantasy of a sweet and gentle woman was completely crushed. "Fine oh great goddess," Ruin said in a mocking tone,"could you please tell me where I am?"
With a sigh,the goddess relented,her voice taking on a pitiful tone,"I regret to inform you that you sadly died and you were brought to my celestial space for...let's just say a second chance." she finished
