Chapter 59 - Family Dinner

Diane returned home to have dinner with her family during the weekend.

"How have the blind dates been going so far?" Celine inquired as she put a piece of sushi in her mouth and chewed on it so elegantly. They were having Japanese for dinner.

If there was one thing Diane was ever jealous of her mother for, it was her charisma. That woman carried herself like a rare precious and none dares to maltreat her or speak to her as they please.

Celine commanded respect in every room she walked into and Diane sometimes wondered if she ever attended any classes on ethics and manners.

Being that curious, she had to ask her father one blessed day and he denied that fact.

"I don't know anything about that, but I can tell you that she hasn't always been like that," Dr. Brown had said.

"Normal," Diane answered as she used her chopsticks to grab a piece of sushi and dipped it into the sauce before throwing it into her mouth.
