Bash's appearance already contradicted many laws, but it was nothing compared to the appearance of a supernatural creature before the start of the apocalypse.
The consequences of doing such a thing were definitely huge. The puppet master must have received quite the blow for sending his puppet to Earth.

Though the appearance of a puppet decades before the apocalypse was shocking, it was not possible. Since Earth wasn't entered in the Golden Scroll, Entertainer Inc. didn't pay any attention to it.
